Gamestop Pre-order Questions

I've never done a pre-order before, but I had GS do a pre-order of Fallout 3 with some credit I got from some older games. My questions are:

1) Can I pick the game up at any GS, or only the one where I ordered it?

2) What do I need to show? My reciept, my EDGE card, the cool poster I got as a bonus?

Is this some new requirement? The last time I picked up a preorder (SCIV), I just said I had to pick it up and they just asked me for a phone number. Not the safest method...
