Gamestop Sales Tax credit

I can't find the posts about getting the sales tax back from an online purchase from Gamestop when using credits. (Some state are not supposed to be taxed). He even posted a copy of the letter he sent and a copy of the response from GS. I tried to "search", but the system doesn't allow to use "sales tax" as the keywords.

Can someone help me find the post?

I got charged tax, emailed them saying "Hello, I live in [not charged tax State here] and I'm not supposed to be charged tax when making a purchase using credit. I was wondering if I could get this refunded to my Edge card or receive a gift card in the amount taxed."

And then I received a GC in the mail later. Just be polite, no need to fill out a pre-made email.
