I have a huge question, I've always was able to enter via free method. However when you guys put in the new captchas it always says "Captcha error" and i can't enter. Is this a problem with anyone else or is it only me? I cannot get by that screen to enter this sweepstakes which i really want to do.
 
Tom can you look into this please. Instead of the captcha all I see is a black box. Also when you click the main link the prizes are all blacked out so I cant see what the prize is for today. Might be related.

I've been having errors since weeks ago, couldnt enter after you guys changed the captchas, i get "Captcha Error" everytime i try to enter the free method way.
 
Can someone show me an example of what the code I enter is supposed to look like format wise? The rules say right of the date but there is only a number set like this: xxxxx/xx - xxx and that isnt working. I feel really dumb here, lil' help?

EDIT: Nm figured it out. just remove all the spaces so the code looks like so- xxxxx/xx-xxx Then it worked, no problem.

I've been entering mine in the xxxxx/xx - xxx format and it's been working just fine. hmm... weird.
 
Wait... So if you use the free entry method, can you still try and win the daily prizes? Because they haven't sent anything to my e-mail or anything, so there is no way they could have sent me a code, and I don't have one to begin with, so... D:
 
So yeah, I'm confused too. Like no confirmation. It says "we'll only ask you this once" too and I have to enter it every time. :/

Haha, nice. Bar of soap. Haven't won anything yet, but was hoping to win the Riot Shield or the NVGs (I kind of want to cancel my pre-order of the Prestige Edition and downgrade to the Hardened, especially since they're giving $20 Amazon credit).

I sent an email to the guy that emailed me saying that I won a wristband. He says that winning doesn't affect your chance of any future winnings at all. He said that if you're name is chosen again, you will have your choice of prize, obviously from the lesser valued prizes but probably valued up to like the gillie suits (otherwise I'd take the dam hummer).
 
Yay I won a wristband! I'm so happy... Is it worth claiming it?

Edit: I probably lost it anyway. I didn't respond within 48 hours cuz my Internet went out at home and the email sent on Friday.

good news: just because you've won something already doesn't mean you should stop entering. if you win multiple prizes, you get your choice -- this actually leaves you in a better position than your not-as-lucky co-patriots.

You might want to hold tight and keep entering. If you win more than one prize, you can pick whichever one you like best. So if you win both the carabineer and the TF-141 Zodiac boat (which goes live tomorrow 10/30 at 11:10:09, BTW) you'll have your choice at the end of the contest.

If you preordered, you get the chance to enter the Surprize Attack sweepstakes and to play the TF-141 game. Which gives you the chance to win 1000s of prizes! What more do you want?

Well on the winning email it says that you have to reply back with your name address, etc. within 48 hours or you forfeit your prize. So if you wait it off to see if you win other prizes you're basically throwing that one away.

Emails only started going out for the first time in late October, so that makes sense that they wouldn't have heard about an early-month win until that time. Announcements should be up to speed now, within about a week of the prize period ending.


Also, here's some more advance info about when the final prizes are going up so you guys can plan your weekends accordingly :)

11/8 AM = MW2 Autographed Art Print (10)
11/8 PM = TF 141 Beanie (20)
11/9 AM = TF 141 Hummer H2 (1, of course)
11/9 PM = TF 141 Hat (20)

EDIT: Times were for prizes ending, not starting. They are correct now.
