Gametap?

Yesterday I made my first purchase at Gametap since I saw I could get Rage and FO3: GotY for about $11, and I'd been wanting to play those games.  Not only did it take them a day to send me the activation codes, but they sold me a duplicate key for Fallout 3.  I doubt I'll be buying from them again, but I figure I'd at least give them the benefit of the doubt and come here and ask if anyone else has had the same type of experience, or whether they have a generally good reputation. 

Edit:  I just got a working key, so I guess they're not so bad after all.

Because the prices are the same as Steam's best deals and they are supposed to provide Steam activation keys. It's just that in this case they provided me with an already used key for one of the games.

I have contacted their customer support, but it was kind of a weird process and I haven't heard back from them yet, though to be fair it is Sunday. Hopefully it gets sorted out, but it's definitely not a good first impression.
