dude this happens sometimes in the winter when the weather is bad. it may take them a day or two. You may be able to access the site through the old address of www.ugtz.com but that appears to be down as well(at least for me)

I am in the process of selling a ds bundle and a psp bundle, and i never do any deals on that site any more(like 10 per year as opposed to 100 per year) so it is just my luck that the site takes a dump when i am trying to unload these. Heck maybe i should just dump them all on ebay.
