Gaming Mouse + Mousepad Deal?

Looking for a gaming mouse or mouse + pad combo. Must be usb, tilt scroll, at least 1 extra button that could be used as a toggle in game. I can swing $30-35 bucks. I don't need both, mainly the mouse.

If you can wait until after rebate to get it in your $30-35 range, most people really love the MX 518. I'm personally using a G9 that I picked up for around $50 and would recommend it if you're willing to spend a few bucks more, but understand budgets can be tight.
