Gazelle and USPS issue

I locked in value of soem game last week at Gazelle as it got better value than amazon on 8/4 and when the label come I am surprise that it is in usps media mail.... I through media mail exclude game....

And today when I finally have time to go to post office the lady refuse to take the package saying the label is from 8/4 and she claim the label HAS to be on current date. I was like WTh.... what are my alternative?

You are correct that video games (even disc based games) no longer quality for media mail.

You could drop this off in a mail box or a drop box if the label is prepaid. I've mailed out packages where the date on the label is 2-3 days old but never one that's a week old but I doubt they'll notice or be too lazy to do anything about it.

Ha, I forgot about the no games with media mail thing, I sent Gazelle a couple of packages recently, it's lucky they didn't get returned.
