GBA bootleg games?

I've never been in the Nintendo scene and always a PS fan but just wanted to know, are there imitation copies of GBA games? im not looking into buying any pirated stuff. I found a site selling fairly cheap rare GBA games.. it made me question the authenticity of the games..

Yes GBA piracy is out there quite a bit. I believe most come from China.
