Holy crap. As good as this is, lots of the games aren't that great. I really hope this happens at Circuit City again soon. There are only a few things out of all these that I'd consider picking up...may have to stop by my B&M store tomorrow...

yea thanks OP and to the other poster who told people it wasnt just the GBA that had the sale. I looked at the GBA didnt see anything then check here right when i was to turn off the pc. Then again i probally should of turned it off ended up blowing almost a 100 bucks i didnt have :)

Doesn't BB use the USPS on smaller items anyway? I recall getting Fire Emblem during that last sale in the regular mail so unless the started sending stuff overnight FedEx, I can't see how they justify the overcharge.

Geez.. I know they don't want any business with "Demon" customers from CAG but this seem like it's going to tick off a lot more people than that.
 
I couldn't help myself. I just got another order, this time Sonic Advance 2 and Sonic Battle. $50 for 4 GBA games is a damn good deal since all of these titles sell for $20-$30 every where else. Again, let me state again, Please let these ship!

BTW, nice work Admiral Ackbar. Hopefully that will deter Fatwallet spies in our mists.
 
Man I sit down to play the AW2 I just picked up B&M and this happens. Oh well, I seem to have most of whats on sale. Would have liked a Sonic Advance though.

Thanks, I ordered Freedom Fighters and Hulk. 2 very underrated games I had a fun time with back when I rented them. I wanted some of those $10 GBA games, but I just couldn't get myself to spend all that money.
 
Sweet... held off on Sword of Mana last week at TRU... got that with Freedom Fighters and PacWorld 2 for about 26 bucks :)
 
Picked up Advanced Wars 2 - $10 and Time Splitters 2 (Xbox) - $5 shortly after this was posted. Nice deal. Shipping is a bit of a drag, but I need some GBA games (ordered Golden Sun POed from ebgames.com a few days ago) and I've wanted to check out Time Splitters 2 if I could find it for less than $10.
 
time splitters is an awesome game, highly underrated, one of the best for ps2 and xbox imho

Thanks OP, I got Sword of Mana (GBA) for $13 and might get Haunted Mansion as a gift for a friend. I'm not sure though if they'd play it though.

To everyone else: Haunted Mansion is a really fun game and definately worth the $7. It's nothing like the movie. It's based more on the ride (no Eddie Murphy characters).

why do i have to find out about these deals so late :cry: Did these deals just started today? (tuesday) At least I got one game (advance wars 2)out of this, but I was hoping to also get Fatal Frame 2 for only $9.99!!! :shock:
 
shit. my max payne is pack ordered. everything else i ordered is shipping though... the email from BB said that they expect Max Payne (GBA) back in stock on the 12th - so those that missed out *may* get another chance!
 
My Sonic Advance 2 is backordered, although I got an e-mail saying that they expect to ship it by 12/12/04.

My Sword of Mana is still on schedule.

If the store near you has it in stock then buy it online and do in store pickup. You will save on shipping and insure that you get your copy of the game.

Some of the $4.99 titles were not that great and they sold out quickly. I'm surprised good games like Advance Wars 2 are still in stock even though they are $9.99. Which is still a good deal because this game usually goes for $20.

I bought Advance Wars 2 in the B&M (thus my thread earlier today) and picked up Sonic Advance 2 for a friend online since he couldn't seem to get his order to go through. I considered Sonic Battle, but figured it was probably pretty shitty, and I don't have time to play it.
 
so...does anyone know what time Best Buy updates their website, is it around 2 AM? I am hoping upon hope they put up more fatal frame 2's.

What we see here, ladies and gentlemen, is that sarcasm, when written, is often difficult or impossible to pick up on. One may write something with one tone in mind, but it can often be read with a completely different tone. This is why it is important to give some sort of visual indicator when writing sarcasm.

Also, name-calling is frowned upon.

I can't order the games cuz it says OOS. However, under limited store availability it lists quite a few BB's in my area with the game in stock. Funny thing is I don't remember seeing most of the 4.99 games yet the site is telling me the store has it. Could this be a bait and switch to pull on the "demon" customers?...

Does anyone think/know if these prices will be in store too? I've heard about Advance Wars 2 being $9.99 in store.
