Everyone that scored Toptier points in both Season Events should have the Chrome Steel grenadier now in their inventory.

I had mine last night.  I haven't checked the Gears forums to see if anyone tried to figure out where the point cutoff was, but I'm showing 7,200.

I had 7100 in the first and 7800 in the second event. (and both events counted accoring to the website. IIRC a minimum of 11.000 was required to get alls skins from both events. (6.500 and 4500) My guess is that this would be the least amount you have, if not even a bit higher than that..

 
Forgot about the first phase.  I think I finished the first one at around 9,000 or so.  I found a post I made on the Gears forums after the March 23rd stream where I picked up 1800 points that day with just the March 24th stream left.  So I would've been in the neighborhood of 16k.
