Definitely not, but if you REALLY want it release day and this offer's deal, you can buy a copy at retail like Wal-mart on DOR, then return the sealed copy you receive a few weeks later from buy.com...seriously, sometimes a few weeks later.

lol, how about receiving the game at least a week after the release date.
Buy.com has a very slow shipping process/time.
