Is there a place where they sell Gears of War cheap? Like around $40. I've seen the game around that price at my local GameStop before but I didn't buy it and now I want it.

Note that it does say "No Region Protection" so yes, you can play it on NTSC systems. There is also an option for english in the menus (with english voice actors). Everything is in english. That's if you can get pass the PH cover with japanese on it.
