Batman and Robin on Genesis? I have that game and I love it. The co-op was awesome. I personally like it more than the SNES version which is way different, but also good.
Got Rocket Knight Adventures for genesis and adventures of batmang and robang - $3 each!

And The Last Remnant for $12!

Sweet!
I played through Rocket Knight Adventures for the first time a few months ago. Such a great game. It's got that perfect difficulty of being hard, but still beatable. Can't wait for the remake.

How many fucking games have Aeris in them that die?! I swear to God to there's an Aeris in Valkyria Chronicles, the bitch is gonna ride the bench the whole time.

Bad joke, I know.

She made it through Final Fantasy Tactics!

Got some gaming in tonight.

Played a couple hours of Batman: AA. Really digging it so far. Then played some MW2. I do much better in Free For All than I do in the team modes.
fuck edit buttons, here's a game for Rei

I will find this game and play it soo hard.

Then, I'm going on "So you think you can dance" again.

So, I just started playing GTA IV and it's sooooooo good. I'm wanting to just play it forever. The characters seem so vivid and I really haven't been so connected to a new character like Niko since.. well, GTA: San Andreas. I really want to play Ballad of Gay Tony next.
Do I want GTA Chinatown Wars for DS or PSP?
I haven't played the PSP version, but I'm sure you can't go wrong either way. The touchscreen stuff is a fun diversion, but the PSP version looks better.

I just completed Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time. Overall, another excellent game in the R&C series....loved it quite a bit. Definitely one of my top 5 games this year along with Uncharted 2, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, FF Dissidia, and Modern Warfare 2.

Still on the fence about the new R&C. I really liked the Clank gameplay demo, but didn't care too much for the Ratchet one. Is the Ratchet and Clank parts about split 50/50, or is it mostly just Ratchet?

A better indication of whether you like the Ratchet part would depend upon if you liked the Tools of Destruction demo/game.

Yes I did like Tools of Destruction. The problem I had with the Ratchet gameplay in the Crack in Time demo was that I really didn't know where I was supposed to go. I guess I enjoy more linear-ness in a platformer.

Just order Brutal Legend ($35), Borderlands ($50), Gran Theft Auto IV ($27), Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction ($17), Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty ($15), & Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time ($50).

My wallet is gonna take a break for now.

I played the PSP version and it seems like that's the way to go since the details in the graphics are very nice.

I just played SFIV. I suck at it horribly. Border line ready to chuck the disc down the hall and say fuck it.

Probably gonna fire up Resistance in a little bit. I never finished the campaign. Something I'd like to do soon.
What are the good Xbox exclusives? I just bought one and I just have L4D 2.Thanks.
Haaaaaaalo 3!!!

Multi was endless fun for me back when I first got my 360.

Also, Crackdown and Dead Rising. I have found endless fun in each.

Gears 1 or 2, but they're better in co-op IMO.

Forza 2 or 3 if you like racing games.

Gears 1 & 2--probably my favorite games of this generation. But mainly for the co-op as noted above.

Mass Effect was great as well--sequel out next year. Halo 3 was decent, haven't played ODST.
New MST3K comes out tomorrow ben :whee:
Yeah I've got it coming from Amazon, they're predicting Dec 3rd. Be nice to re-unite Tom and Crow.

Dammit my custom holiday Avatar won't load, might have to try a custom Cockmas.

EDIT - Ok for some reason I has to load it from Photobucket.

360 exclusives, though they've already been covered:

ME is good, mostly. I just hope you can stomach driving the Mako.
Gears 1 and 2 are excellent. Even better coop... or if you dig the multi, there's a lot of maps.
Dead Rising is phenomenal.

You have the obligatory MS franchises of Halo 3/ODST and Forza 2/3. Haven't played much there except H3, which wasn't really for me.

Crackdown is excellent. Shame on the GGT for not pointing this out yet.

GTA IV: Episodes from Liberty City, if you liked GTA IV.

There's probably older games that may float your boat that just weren't available on PS3 at the time as multiplatform or those that have better ports. People say The Orange Box is better on 360. Also RE5 and Ghostbusters.

XBLA games, there's a lot there -- Geometry Wars 1/2, Shadow Complex, Dishwasher, Pacman CE, Galaga Legions, etc. I'm sure there's more, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.

Captain Joel mentioned Crackdown...

I was underwhelmed by it. Had a lot of fun the first 5 hours or so. But once I got bored with jumping over buildings etc. it got tiresome and I was glad it was over.

But I've never been much of a fan of GTA style "sandbox" games in general.

I think my receiver is messed up, or at least, only it's HDMI out port.

Welp, good excuse to sell it and get a prepro/amp combo.
Fable 2's pretty fun.
liar.

True.

But in all fairness to me, I pretty much stopped reading his post after Haaaaaaalo 3!!!.

Halo 3 is a lot of fun online. There's a lot of fun options in multiplayer both online and off. I think the story turned to garbage after 1 though, but it's decent. Overhyped game? Yeah. But don't let that detour you.

Anyway, if you have a significant other or just creative, try Banjo Kazooie Nuts N Bolts and Viva Pinata.

I got tired of people abusing the shields and whatnot within 20 minutes. A large portion of people I know got tired of Halo 3 MP within weeks, saying it was extremely inferior to Halo 2, and moved on to CoD4.
Fable 2's pretty fun.
Agreed. It wasn't a master piece or anything, but I did enjoy it. I liked that it was relatively short, and easy to know where to go for each quest with the bread crumbs etc. I don't have the time for longer RPGs anymore, and often go a couple weeks between sessions so having a clear mission system makes it easy to pick up where you left off after a long break.

Viva Pinata is one of the best games this generation.

Culdcept Saga and the Mistalker RPGs are good exclusives as well.
Fable 2's pretty fun.
I agree. I had fun with the small amount of time I played.

This. I got bored with the rankings and shit, so I just concentrated on only playing with friends or in Big Battle(?) maps. The more chaos, the more fun there is.

Finally. You can run actual homebrew on a 360 and thus, make it region free.
I just have to find a console that was never updated...

This!

I don't even know how long I put into my first playthrough of the original game, but God.. it was a lot. Getting the Dragonache was awesome.

I get sick of shield abuse too but it's still a really fun game to play online. Grif ball is probably my favorite multiplayer thing out of anything on Xbox Live.
