There's porn and burgers in my home. Does that mean I have a perfect home?

I've got a horrible feeling that I'm out of the loop on these HOME jokes...
Since there's no actual porn or burgers in HOME, it's far from perfect. :nottalking:
That's because you have to make your own in HOME!

Just like real life!!

If I have to make my own damn porn and burgers in HOME, I might as well just stick to real life. Thanks for selling me on HOME whoknowsNOTHING.

It's better in HOME because it's in HOME!

Since you know, you can eat as many burgers as you want and not get fat! Also you won't have to answer to your mom if she walks in on you while you're...uh...Just tell her it's part of the game!
I'd rather spend money on crap in real life than crap in HOME.

Hi :)

I'm going to party in Toronto this weekend. Business Competition. Peace Out!

There's no refunds in HOME. Plus in real life, there's nobody trying to hump me when I'm standing still.

Getting close to the end of Brave Fencer Musashi Just started Chapter 5, and I'm already wishing the game was longer.

Finished the ass raping that was the last 2 levels of Castlevania III. Even with Save States, the game was amazingly cheap.

Decided I'm going to tackle Earthbound Zero next. Followed by the other two Eartbound games.

It's a damn shame, I would've shelled out $50 for the 3 games on my Nintendo DS, but I was pretty much forced to use my PSP instead. Video Game companies are stupid.

I just spent the better part of an hour and a half Liquid Metal Slime hunting. I'm almost at the a safe level where I can just glide through the rest of the game without having to grind any more. I just want to finish this damn game so I can start Chrono Trigger!

From what I played it seemed pretty good.

I'm sure I'm missing out on some of the "amazingness" though since it is sort of an older game. I bet it was better in it's time.

It'll only seem like the most amazing game ever if you regularly get your prostate checked by a doctor.

It suffers a similar illness as Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, I call it "Only old men really think its cool syndrome"

STHD is decent though, I guess.

The update for Burnout Paradise came out. It looks really nice, although it does take longer to load now. That being said, I'm not too keen on the rebalanced physics, specifically the Carson Inferno Van. You can't turn it anymore. ARGH!

To top it all off, the questionable Party Pack content is $10.

Is this the update that includes the restart option? If so I need to fire it up again. Honestly I'd love to know why they thought they didn't need a restart option in the the first place.

I think the theory was if you finished a race there would always be the start of another one nearby. I tend to restart in racing games a lot if I feck up an early corner or something, so I do miss restart when its not there.

Played some of the TNA game last night, its quite bad, even by wrestling game standards. Glad I only paid $15 for it.

ben - thanks for the heads up on the XIV. I knew it was coming out soon but I had no idea it was this early. What have you watched from it so far?

Don't say I didn't warn ya. I took a look at the cat on top of the leaderboards for online matches. I want to find out who they are so I can get them scheduled for some therapy.

No, it's amazing no matter when you first played it.

Haven't had much time for playing any games the last few days, but I did manage to finally beat Deus Ex with all the endings. An awesome game that deserves an HD remake someday, and without a doubt my favorite FPS of all time.

Gotta try and get back into Xenosaga 3 today. I was about halfway thru the first dungeon on the second disc, so I guess I'm around the halfway point of the game then.
KZ2 demo up in EU store.
1.2GB.

Its not on the homepage yet but go to All Games category, then J-L, and it should be there.
I really don't understand the move here... making it freely available in the EU store goes against the overall marketing strategy they had with GS to push units... dumbasses. Most people who want to try the demo would be savvy enough to be able to set up a EU account -- they won't need your stupid GS code.

Honestly, most of the people that come into GS to reserve KZ2 for the demo do NOT know anything about setting up a European account. In fact most of them probably don't even know there's a seperate store for Europe. You have to remember most of the people that go into GS are only slightly above casual gamers.

There's already 1.1 million pre-orders of KZ2 in Europe alone. I think it'll be ok.
Honestly, most of the people that come into GS to reserve KZ2 for the demo do NOT know anything about setting up a European account. Yeah, savvy folks already have it pre-ordered at Amazon anyway.

Casual folks who buy games based on boxart have no clue.
I expect many returns of Halo Wars shortly after release!

I kinda want to play that one actually, might be fun. I'll get the demo when I get home for that as well.

I'm too lazy to set up a European account for the KZ2 demo and I really don't feel like dealing with GS just to get the demo....
The thing is no is going to pickup that preorder once they play the demo, its a fact.
This is true. I may move my $5 back to RE5 or something else if the demo sucks.

Dang, KZ2 demo is supposedly super short. :(
I hate teasers!

(if you're reading this brenz, stop now and don't spoil it)
I can't freakin' wait for Saturday, I have very nice reservations at the brand new (not even officially open) Wolfgang restaurant that sits 560 feet in the air, surrounded by the Dallas skyline.
The 360 degree view is all glass and it rotates slowly.

None of them yet, might watch one this weekend, maybe the season 1 Joel as it supposedly the weakest of the set, then work my way up.
Don't say I didn't warn ya. I took a look at the cat on top of the leaderboards for online matches. I want to find out who they are so I can get them scheduled for some therapy.
Aye you did, is it just me Myke or is the game quite hard?
Even on easy the AI seems to reverse 75% of my moves. I'm glad I only paid $15 for it, thats fer sure.

Hard? Easy? What's more important is that it just ain't fun. It's got that typical Midway "instead of genuinely programming the AI to be more intelligent as you ratchet the difficulty up, we'll just make them reverse/counter your moves more frequently" crap. Like MKII and MK3/UMK3.

I will make a cupcake in celebration the day Midway sinks, which should have happened 4-5 times already.

Really? I guess I really don't have to go out of my way to try the demo.
