Is it possible to get Nintendo to repair a Wii that had kool-aid spilled on it? Some guy on craigslist is selling his Wii for $10 because his kid dropped his juice on it.
Anyone know? Nintendo CS wasn't too helpful the first time I tried calling.

Man, Magic The Gathering is really kicking my ass. Garruk the third campaign battle keeps kicking my ass....I found most of the challenges easy,6 and 8 are the only difficult ones.

RIP Billy Mays.....2 cups of oxyclean in his coffee a day kept the doctors away.

I ripped through single player campaign with the trample deck. I've played a good 3 or 4 battles into coop and just switched to the red/white/green goldmane deck.

I kinda want to get the Magic XBLA game...cause I loved trading card games as a kid....just let it go when it became unpopular/cost too much to keep up with...never played Magic tho.

All of this Dead Space info will be good for me as well, for when I get around to playing the damn game. I have rule that I can only play a couple of games at a time that way, I can finish them and move on to the next game/s.

The problem is I keep adding games to the mix. I am not getting any more game until either my the holidays or my b-day(Feb). So I can get through the games I have.

Stop everything and play dead space.
Almost done Gunstar Heroes. Dang, its pretty challenging.
Played quite a few hours of Infamous today. Its amazing.
Madness!
Started Infamous. Holy crap it's fun. How many story missions are there? If I go through all the story missions, the game doesn't end does it? Or do I have to do all the side missions and whatnot first?
You can do the side missions after beating the story.

I'm through the second area in MadWorld. It says I've put in like an hour and a half so far but I've only played about 45 minutes or so given that I've tried to add up all the game time thus far.

I'm enjoying the game, but I can't play for more than 1 level at a time it seems and I don't know why. It's like 10 minute level, 10 minute cutscene, 10 minute level, 10 minute cutscene, 3 minute level, 5 minute cutscene. It's just odd.

Side missions should be done sooner than later as most of them provide useful benefits, like getting rid of enemies from areas of the city, opening up medic spots as respawn points, or getting more battery cores for your electricity collection.

I actually liked doing the side missions in the game. You actually felt an impact and they were kind of fun.

Usually in a game I hate doing anything other than story related missions.

YAY REFUSEDCHAOS :) :)
I don't mind the stunts too much, but I plan on doing a few side missions/story mission and repeat.
How many side & story missions are there?

same here... whenever I played madworld I only wante to play one level, then be done for the day, then the next day move on and play the next.

don't know why.

Just ordered Wii component cables today since I had to get a bunch of cables for camera stuff from monoprice today... great deal!

also, I'm learning how iPhone games always seem to be the extreem... they are never so-so or okay games.. they are either very bad or very good. I have yet to find middle ground.

Crackdown's building-climbing feels like a really, really poor man's Infamous. In the latter, you could grab on to anything, while in the former you can grab on to a random, tiny set of things. And if you fall off a building, you should pretty much give up on where you were trying to go.

It's pretty hard to run over criminals in a moving vehicle, so I have to rely on the stupid AI to get out of their cars when I park myself right next to them, and immediately run them over.

Are you trying to raise your driving skill? Just pick the SUV, leave put of the Shaigen (sp?) exit and start running guys over. I did this and got my level maxed out really fast.

Yeah you have to fully stop to get them out of the vehicle, and you have to drive pretty slowly if you want to hit them. I know right? Just think Austin Powers. I was able to do it in the Agency sports car, a great spot is right outside the Shai-Gen tunnel, there's a few guaranteed crowds of baddies.

Heard talk on Listen Up about Battlefield 1943. Man that game sounds like its gonna be awesome. It's a shame it doesnt come out now though when there's not a lot of new stuff on the market .. particularly in the online multiplayer genre.

It's pretty hard to compare a games that are years apart but I feel ya. Just concentrate on finding the agility orbs and building climbing gets much easier.

As for driving, it sucks but the tips that were given in the above posts are very good.

I comes out next wednesday doesn't it?

Driving was the only skill in Crackdown that I didn't max since driving anywhere was just more of a pain in the ass than it was worth. It was easier to just run or jump to where ever you were going.

I see myself replacing my PS3 for a slim version.
I'd rather put my money into that than buying a GO.
120GB, where'd you get that number though?

Doesn't matter though, replacing that would be the first thing I do.
I never got the love for Crackdown. I finished it, and then never touched it again. It got tired to me pretty quickly.
Pretty much.
Sony finally announced slims?
Not officially, no, but it's gonna happen.

As for the 120GB number, it was the arstechnica mole, not me! I would've guessed 160GB like they have on the "high end" bundles.
Wow, I have three fucking gigs left on my 360 HDD....and I haven't even dl'd GTA Lost & Damned or Fallout 3 The Pitt/Broken Steel.
Better delete some videos/demos then.

Don't have any videos or demos outside of a couple XBLA trials.

I would really regret buying a PS3 if I hadn't gotten it for
under $100 new
.

Apparently I had a stopped-download of the Wheelman demo (???) on my 360 that, despite not being fully downloaded or playable, took up a gig. Deleting that and the XBLA trials I'm up to 5 gigs.

I already have a PS3 and the only way I'd buy a Slim PS3 is if they put BC back in(Which is unlikely).
