Oh wow .. that's in my top 5 favorites. I highly recommend you check it out. And yes it was in the last season.

And to keep us on track: In Batman AA how do you dissipate the laughing gas stuff that Harley sets off in the guard room? I can get to the top of the side room and look across the room to see the security box that runs to the fan but I can't hit it and I can't make that security card device reach it either (and I have it leveled up). I have a similar problem nearby where there's a flooded hallway with electric units in it but the power box is at the end of the hall and I can't reach it with anything.
If you grapple up to the vents above the guards working the machine, look across the room and you'll see a weak wall you can bring down with the upgraded Batclaw. Then zipline across and you'll see a panel on the wall. If you're like me you'll want to decrypt it, but who does that? Just take out your Batarang and hit the panel. Problem solved.

Ahhh thanks Flak, thats the problem.
I don't have the upgraded batclaw yet. Thats not something you can purchase in the upgrades is it? Its something you have to earn I assume?
too busy to read the pr - is there a release date?

EDIT: "this holiday season." neato.
I couldn't see one except "this Holiday season"

I can definitely see myself getting a PS3 early next year. Or maybe when GT5 comes out.

I've agreed with myself that I was only going to buy one new game every month until December (birthday and Christmas month).

Unfortunatly, my plan isn't going quite as well as I had hoped.

August I decided on Batman ahed of Wolfenstein. Best game I've played in months, so I didn't regret it.

September: Beatles: Rock Band, DiRT 2, WET, Halo 3: ODST, Guitar Hero 5, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2.

October. FIFA 10, Alpha Protocol, Brutal Legend, Forza 3, Borderlands, Ghostbusters.

November: Dragon Age: Origins, Modern Warfare 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Assassin's Creed 2.

December: Saboteur, Hei$t, Champions Online (?), Guitar Hero: Van Halen.

Why do so many good games have to come out? :(

Raise your expectations and you won't have this problem.

Oh man, I'm getting hooked on Champions Online. >_<

Edit: Hm, Persona 3 is getting a PSP port...selectable difficulty, upgraded battle system, new events, and the option to play as a female avatar. Crap, I'm nowhere near done with the game yet, so this is actually tempting to me. >_
fuckin' sweet. I wasn't a fan of the original but the second GoW is ridiculously great.
Seriously? I thought the first one was way better. I loved how they setup the story and the boss fights were epic. Hydra > Colossus of Rhodes
:whee::whee::whee::whee::whee:

Off (later today) to trade in God of War 1 and 2 at Gamestop.
I should probably list my copies online.

Way to fuck it up Sorny. I'm pretty sure this was one of the interesting options for a bonus in a GoW3 LE... apparently fan response must have been high enough to get them to say "we'd make a fortune if we sold it separately for $40 a pop".
The boss fight I remember the most from that series is in GoW2 when you fight Theseus because you got to smash his head in with that door.
That was fucking righteous.
I hear they're going to also let you control your party members like in P4. That's what grabbed my attention.
Ohhh, man if that's true, I'll have to pick it up somewhere down the road!
Wow - friggen awesome. I just wish I didn't go out and buy GOW1 and 2 a few months ago.
No worries -- you'll be pro by the time the game releases, so getting Platinum will be cake for you. ;)

So...what's the difference between Persona 3, Persona 3 FES and Persona 3 Portable?

God of War Collection. Hmm...the price is the same as buying GOW I & II combined, but on one disc. I guess...that's a good deal. Not as good as Metroid Prime Trilogy, but still a good deal.
You gotta remember, I'm like what Zew is to SotC/ICO but to Tekken instead.
Problem with your logic: SotC and ICO don't have strange alternate gameplay modes tacked on.

It's on a Blu-ray disc which means PS3 owners without BC can play it.

Isn't it supposed to be remastered with trophy support too?

Well I didn't want to state the obvious or say 'buy a PS2'. But there is a lack of information here besides technical information and trophies.

But, Metroid Prime Trilogy is still a better deal.

If they gave this treatment to Shadow of the Colossus and ICO, I'd get it if they locked the framerate.

THe only problem with the logic is that you failed to see the point, or did see the point and loked past it

Basically I'm a Tekken nut and Zew's a SotC nut. that's all that needs to be known.

Debatable. Depends on how much you like the MP3 controls, I'd wager.

So, I've got two hdmi inputs on my TV, and 3 devices I want to connect. (Lappy, 360, and future PS3)
But if I connect the 360 via component, I don't have to pay for that $50 cable to get Optical sound/HDMI video.

Is there really any quality difference between component and HDMI for 720p video? Worth having to buy an HDMI switch box (~$20) and Micrasaft's HDMI cable?(~$40-50)

Do you not have a receiver? I'd say go component, but I kind of remember reading that some future 360 feature requires HDMI, don't remember which though.

Is the WET demo worth playing? My cousin is gushing about it.

Best option is to save a little money and buy an HDMI receiver instead. (one that passes audio as well as video)
Get a starter one like the Onkyo SR605 which can be had for ~$215.

Okami sequel!? :) Yaaaay!
For DS? Fuuuuuuuudge!

before okami's release there was hubbub already about a DS version... makes sense.

Doesn't make sense. Just like it didn't make sense to port it to the Wii.

The painting aspect doesn't need garbage waggle or touch screens.
