well the next goal is to get on kotaku or something with my artwork... gotta make more stuff... first CAG, now Capcom, then Kotaku or whatever.
Forward them that basement you decorated on a weekend or slow news day. I'd say 50% chance they'll post it.

Good God I'm over 50 hours into Fallout 3 and just now in Little Lamplight.

I haven't played a game this much in years.
Weekly Famitsu has reviewed The Last Remnant, giving it a score of 10/10/9/9 for a Platinum Award.

Dang.

But, they also reviewd Infinite Undiscovery over Lost Odyssey, and they sell their reviews, but still, it's a (semi) good sign.
Famitsu+SquareEnix = Not a Review

Famitsu reviews games like this. If the audience is expected to like it, it gets a high score. If the advertiser is expecting people to like it, it gets a high score. If it's unheard of or has low expectations, it gets an honest review.
Little Lamplight...pretty much the
end
.
Really? I thought I was like halfway through? That main quest is pretty short then, huh? I haven't explored much of any of the wasteland north of the potomac river yet, though.

I'm also eager to hear that Last Remnant isn't shit, but Square-Enix has yet to put out a good HD game this generation yet. They just suck, now.
droog droog bear and a bit of the ol' ultraviolence.
i've seen the movie, read the book, but I have no idea what you mean.
i've seen the movie, read the book, but I have no idea what you mean.
well, it was all just a crack at the fact that the walking cliche "Faith" has seeming adopted the "one eye eyeshadow" look from ACO. droog is slang from the movie, ultraviolence - again, something from the movie... the only confusion should be on "droog droog bear" which is an obscure reference to a somewhat popular webcomic, Something Positive.

yeah, it was the droog droog bear part.

True, it does look a bit like the ACO face paint. though the marketing team who put her together probably thought "we'll take a tribal tattoo...and put it...ON HER EYE. whoaaaaa."
I think I'll do some yf360g offers for COD WAW.

Speaking of, anyone interested in signing up?
Are those types of sites scams? I just got a CC

Probably just have to be diligent about canceling offers, or they'll latch onto your credit card and never let go.

Anyone playing Banjo Kazooie N&B? I think I'm just going to buy the XBLA one next week. Maybe get CoD:WaW for a christmas present. It looks good enough. Or if it goes on sale for $40 sometime soon. CoD4 did that lots of times.

im still waiting to get credit on yf360g so i can order gears 2 >_>
damn mcrs and im not even sure if i will get credit cuz when i called to cancel both offers i wasnt in their records even though i got both emails
Nah, I just find the situation laughable.
I know I subjected myself to some fetishist shit when I was a DoA (gameplay) fan. that's neither here nor there though.

Yeah, you're pretty close to the end of the game. You might have 1 or 2 main quests to complete.

Valkyria is probably the best game on that list. It's so awesome.

I have to wait... If I want to survive (ie. eat and pass classes) I can't spend money. Gears 2 was a splurge and I'm tight until my job pays. Supposedly I start getting paid at the end of the month so it'll have to wait.

I gave the Darkness demo a try. The first part of the demo was wicked neat. It has a lot of cool ideas. But then when it throws you to like... level 7 or something, I feel like I bit off more than I could chew. I feel like it just throws too much at you. I'm sure if I went from level 1 to level 7 while playing 2-6, I wouldn't have felt so overwhelmed. But as it stands, I don't think I'll pick this one up. Which sucks to think about. With it's current price point (cheap as shit), I could have almost justified it.

Other than that, I played a bit more LBP tonight. I didn't mess with my level though. No patience for that tonight. I spent a long time painting my Warhammer army. 3 figures left and I'll be ready for a tourny I'm going to this weekend.

From what I hear, everyone says The Darkness is worth the $8 or so it will cost you. I hated the graveyard level, it just felt wrong. But as a fan of the comic when it first started, I thought it was wicked cool to control The Darkness in the later levels. I figure at $8, I can't go wrong.

I'd say Infinindo Undiscretionarily had equally low expectations and is equally unheard of, and scored 5 points lower.
damnit if i canceled my bk nuts and bolts preorder later i wouldve gotten a bk xbla code :bomb:
If you have an N64 around, you could probably find someone to give you the cart for free. ;)

This reminds me of when Dirge of Cerberus got 7/7/7/7 in Famitsu. That's probably the lowest score a Squeenix game could get.

Also, no magazine is infallible. I'll wait on the RPGamer review for The Last Remnant.
Valkyria is probably the best game on that list. It's so awesome.
The more I hear about Valkyria, the more I want to play it :whistle2:(

But then you'd probably play BK...

:puke:
LP got me a BK code and even though I don't ever remember playing BK, I'm loving it. :]
I don't understand people's aversion to the main character. :|
I like her sister better.

And now that ninja dog mentioned she looked like an alien, that's all I see.
