Cool, Demon's Soul has some kind of online co-op mode... or something.
I don't quite understand this.
So this post is what we know so far from Demon's Souls online co-op and is corrected (in order not to confuse others even more):

it's a new sort of co-op called "Soul sign" When you die in the game (offline), you became a soul and can sign online. As a soul, you are summoned to aid other players on their adventure. The other one being still alive.

About death, when you become a soul, there will be blood left to the place that you died.
It seems the other player can find your blood, and you will be revived again that way. Together the players will be stronger and defeat harder enemies. There's also many blood scattered that have no use, so it's not going to be an easy job.

The game will be released on 5 February next year in Japan.
I gave up on 1up a while ago. I only read EGM when I'm taking a dump because (thanks to CAG), I get that shit free.

Speaking of shit, I keep hearing Saint's Row 2 is the most funnest game evar for 2008 and, while I personally think the graphics look like the PS3 vomited into a PS2, I do love the idea of running around starkers with a chainsaw while killing people and pumping raw sewage at them.

So I'm thinking I will, as I'm oft to do, simply cave and buy the PS3 version off amazon for $37. I mean, stabbing people in the chin with a katana has got to be worth $37, right?
I'd price SR2 at about... $10-$15. At most, nothing more than $19.99. I did not get $20 of fun out of that game, I can tell you that, sir.

Play covers the pictures route.

I think I bought Magna Carta solely because of the pictures in Play. Needless to say, I stopped reading play after that.

Wierd, I got more than $20 worth of entertainment out of it when I played, and I only beat around 1/2 the game.

Maybe I'll pick it up for the PS3 next time there's a 25% GS coupon as well...

Time to continue cleaning my apt >_<

I leave you all with the PAL box art for Ninja Gaiden II nes:

Hey GGT, long time no see.

Anyway, my gaming has been trying to beat Uncharted a 2nd time (getting all the trophies). I'm around 92% or so complete and enjoying my play time again.

I finally figured out (thanks to one CAG helping me out) my problem in Lost Odyssey, so that should make a certain boss battle a few hours into the game much easier (I kept dying, so I stopped).

I've played tons and tons of MotorStorm: PR on PS3. I'm liking it the more I play it (especially because of the awesome track designs). I'm on Rank 6 and the game is getting pretty hard.

I got BioShock for Christmas and played it for around 2hours. I need to put more time into that and Dead Space. I picked up Silent Hill: Homecoming for $15 at Target, but I barely played it (so far it hasn't been too bad).

On PSN I've been playing a lot of Crash Commando and Lumines Supernova. Sucks that I can't download a gamesave for Lumines Supernova like I use to do with the PSP ones (so I could have all skins, lol).

I sometimes play Bomberman Blast on Wii. The game is fun to play.

I picked up Halo 3 finally, but still debating whether I'll open it (got it for $30 new at Target, due to rain check).

I didn't get P4 yet, but I did get Kingdom Hearts: CoM Remix on PS2. Enjoying it so far, but I just really like KH games. I'm REALLY tempted to buy Ar Tonelico 2 (my current sig/avatar), but I'm honestly not sure if I'll even have the time to play it. There's tons of stuff to buy in Q1, but sadly I'll pass most of it up.

Oh yeah, I'm very happy to hear Warriors Orochi 1 and 2 will be coming to PS3 in a collection. I'll probably just wait for it and buy it (never bought WO2).
Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce is looking pretty good. Definitely a different take on the series. Should be interesting.
is that the one coming out on PSP? it seems to be inspired by Monster Hunter, which makes me happy. I'm planning to get it.

I've been up for almost 24 hours straight. Starting to get sleepy. I'm such a pussy now. :) Longest I've gone is 40 hours without sleep, and that shit was rough.

I need to play something, anything, or take a nap. Maybe more Fallout 3.
Zew sell me that HD for twenty bucks and my 40 gig.
I was thinking about working out a deal like that, but it's too much hassle.

I don't know what I'm going to do with all that space.
I liked Silent Hill Homecoming, until I fought the first enemy.

I can't believe how boring the melee combat is.
Melee is the only major issue I have, everything else is fine. I got it because if I don't like it, I can trade it in and get all my money back.

yeah, any type of grind game or roguelike on a portable is something I love... so saying that I look forward to the new Phantasy Star Portable as well.

... after sayign that, I realized I enjoy more games every year that are released in the first half more than the second half... last year it was No More Heroes, the year before was Hotel Dusk, and the year before that was Dead Rising (I think)... it makes sense though since I'm not as much into big holiday titles though I still love em.

also, Home is getting updated in a few days... you can finally sexually harass airplanes!

I'm not interested in Gears 2 right now. It's still sort of broken in my eyes. I made another blog post if anyone's interested. I think I get my point across pretty well, you know?
watch this, but not here... go to youtube and watch it in HD

Graphics are unbelievable.

I can't wait to sit down with this game. 55"HDTV plus 6.1 surround.....

I hope the MP can draw me in ala CoD4 but I'm really just getting this game for the single player.
Graphics are sick, but the voice acting and dialogue are terrible.
yeah, but it's kinda suppose to be expected.

it's not like Gears rewrote shakespear or most other shooters.

It doesn't look like Haze. Haze was more organic. This looks really mechanical, like Halo. Oh, and clearly, that's censored dialogue.
Gears has funny, albeit cliched dialog. I found it entertaining.
I was literally rolling in my seat laughing while Cole was giving his speech over the locust intercom.

I wish I could find the full quote of that.

The one word I've seen used most for Killzone 2 is heavy. Heavy in terms of the feel that everything has weight to it. I'm very happy for that because Ever since Halo was released, most FPSs have always felt floaty to me.

I honestly don't get what ur saying.

just wait till release to have a good judgment on wieght cuz I'm sure I'm off even on some parts of the game.

I think he's referring to the dead body's right leg flying to its left after just getting tapped by the character moving back and touching it.

Not how I meant...

Hard to describe... something with the way looking around worked... the controls... they were too smooth or something (in the Haze demo).

The way the movement of the camera/player looks in this, it seems similar... like the movement wouldn't "feel" right from the controller... then again, I have this problem with some other PS3 games, so maybe it's something with the way developers are forced to code for the platform.

I'm beyond hyped right now for Killzone 2. I plan to preorder the game this weekend hopefully so I can get a demo code. I just really hope I don't have a conflict on its release date (right now I have nothing, but a good chance it might change).
