I do tend to pick up anything I can carry, in any game I play.

And yeah, I'm the type to squeeze off a couple rounds just so I can max out on ammo again. :p
Stupid PS3 update. I just wanted to play some Tekken 5 DR. I don't mind updating, but damn it takes so much of my precious time.
The install took longer than the download. I think it was 15 minutes max for me. *shrug*
Ben - the Volume XV preorder just dropped to $38.99. I put my order in. :whee:
Nice, I already had mine in so I should get the drop, thats a damn good price.
1,4,6 only.

Too much nintendo on that list.
The only one I don't do (or rather didn't) was go SEGA! when I played a sonic game. probably because The first sega console iI owned was a DC and I was old enough by then to not do that. "EA SPORTS! ITS IN THE GAME!" on the other hand...

The "jumping" thing they did for Mega Man and SMB3 is kinda one category.

And I used to do it in Castlevania all the time as well. One of the games didn't freeze its animations following the collection of the endstage whatever-the-hell-it-was, and as my Belmont slowly descended towards the ground, I yelled out "WHAT THE fuck!!?!?!?!?"
Ee. Eh. Sports. It's in the game.
Much better! haha

Hmm, I'd buy VC again if I was crazy.
There's a few things I'll pick up, mostly PSP and DS.

Yeah, it only took like fifteen minutes. I just made a sandwich while I waited. No biggie.

That's nothing compared to the two hours of my life I wasted wisely spent playing Home.

I'm going to buy a second copy of Valkryia Chronicles if I can find a sealed copy. I don't want a gutted copy since I want to keep it sealed for collecting purposes.

I haven't.

I just went by Amazon.co.jp and I see it now. Very nice.

The American/Euro cover isn't bad either.

Speaking of which, I really, really want a copy of the UK version of MGS4 but I'm having no luck of finding a way to obtain it.
I prefer the "Best of" cover for VC. Very nice.

And I placed a bid on that MGS4 auction. We'll see how it goes. :)
Too bad :/

Much tragedy. I would've bought a Japanese wii for the also hoaxed "Firepro 20th Anniversary Collection" or whatever it was going to be called.
Seconded. fuck the fucking internet in its fucking ass. :bomb::bomb::bomb:
Unfortunately, that iz what the Internetz wantz. And it wants you to watch. :cold:

Don't you say that about my baby Home!!! Home is where my heart is. . .

The Internet is just troubled and going through an experimental phase. Hopefully Al Gore's baby will grow out of it. . .

Also, for good measure, fuck fuck fuck :bomb::bomb::bomb:.

If there was an opposite of a perfect combination like peanut butter and chocolate, it would be Internet and April Fool's Day. It's effects are felt for days after.

anyone else use Gamefly here? what's up wth everything being low availability? does that mean I may not get something, even if its the only thing in my queue?

Yes. You use to be able to game Netflix by removing everything in your queue but the thing you want. I found out the hard way that that trick doesn't work for Gamefly. Low availability for everything .. even shitty games and the insanely slow shipping speeds are why I'm no longer a member.

fuck. well, I got 2 months for 5 bucks. If I can rent like 5 games in that time and beat them, I'll be happy :)

also, the closest distribution center to Chicago is Pittsburgh, apparently. what the hell?

Interesting... the trick still works for me on gamefly.

I have about 17 games in my queue, including a number of high availability titles. Still, I mail shit in on a Monday, they get it on Tuesday, don't report it until Wednesday, and don't ship a title out until Thursday.

They're fucking dreadful, man. Three times as slow as Netflix.

And the queue might as well not exist in their minds. They should just call it the "wheel of somethin' or other." They skipped right over HOTD: Overkill and about 3 other "high availability" titles to make sure I got "Prince of Persia" tomorrow, like I was fuckin' clamorin' for it.

When I had Gamefly, I would ship a game out and they would get it the next day, mailing my next game that day or the day after. And I would usually get the game within two days of them mailing it at the most.

I didn't get that until they opened their Tampa facility. Finally, something good about living in FL.
