I asked him to crop it to size since I'm lazy. I don't know what his normal work with avatars is since I turn them all off.

All I know is that I have that cute monkey. And I'll continue to have that cute monkey.
 
Yes.
Because I know you see it and people identify people with their avatars. I change my sig every now and then too, and I roll with them turned off as well.

So true. I really liked the first game, but was super disappointed with R2.

Most Gundam games just wouldn't work with that control style. If you've ever seen a Gundam show, mobile suits don't move like orbital frames. Two completely different types of mecha. Especially if you want to use UC suits.

It depends what you like. I loved the ZoE games, but when it comes to mecha action I prefer games like Gundam vs. Z Gundam.

I agree yeah... the R2 campaign always felt unbalanced or clunky... plus, normally I don't complain about this, but the reflections and lighting effects were a huge eye sore.

Now that I think about it, MS's don't move like that on ground/in atmospheric conditions.

What I was originally thinking about were the space battles in Wing, because that seems like it would transfer pretty seamlessly to ZOE2's system.

Then again, I'm somewhat a gundam newbie, I've only really watched Wing and G gundam. I have 08th MS team and Gundam SEED, but haven't watched them yet. I've been trying to find a full set of the original show, but those seem to be crazy expensive.

I'm playing through it now, it's okay but I think I liked the 1st game more mainly for a couple of reasons. #1. the split-screen co-op #2. The way the story was told from the third person perspective. #3 the game seemed to be more balanced, not so much trial and error. I don't think I have ever died so much in a single player FPS than I have in this one.

IRC, the lighting has never been that great , even in the first game. I hate the little circle light on your gun. It really stinks..

I'm almost done with the SP and then It's on to the multiplayer grind..
 
I realized how sad my PSP library is.
I have about 20 games for it, 15 are sealed. This is since launch.
I'll say that those few games I did open and play, I played to death.
Other than that, I used for older games.

EDIT: Actually, this is more a reflection of how sad I am.

I almost never pay full price for any game.
I'd say the majority of my handheld games were 10 bucks a pop on average (including my imports), and all are new.
I hate used PSP/DS games.
 
I'm not selling them. :) I'll play them. Someday.

The ones I played to death were Twisted Metal and TH (since they were launch games), FFTactics, Patapon, and the two import Taiko games which I still play.
 
Does Lost Planet Colonies have any co-op features or modes? I have it and my friend just got it as well.
I know there's plenty of competitive stuff.

Pondering if I should buy or rent Infamous. Ergh, damn games being so expensive. So dallow you think Uncharted 2 demo will be included? Hrm, wish it was the other way around. I know I am going to buy Uncharted 2, not sure if I will buy Infamous. Hehe.
 
I'm planning on playing inFamous but not buying. I expect it to be a more fun version of Crackdown that is a bit better story driven.

I love the armored core series , but I can't really understand why they would port 3 over to the psp by itself , when 3 had the most expansions/spinoffs of any game in the series (4 to be exact). Seems like it would make more sense to port an updated combined version of Armored Core 2/Another Age instead. Or even a updated combined version of the original game + its 2 expansions.

I was really leaning toward Elite already, but I just wanted to see if there was something I didn't know between the two besides more HD space, cables, 1 month gold, and color. Some kind of amazing promo, hardware change, or whatever maybe?

I don't think it comes with a rechargeable cable + battery.

Hopefully, there will be some kind of deal for it.

Oh wait, it doesn't have that in there does it? I must be thinking of something else, like a special edition package or something, sorry.

I'm interested in what the joint Infamous/Uncharted2 announcement is going to be, but only measuredly so. The last big Sony announcement was very meh.

Yep, Cali. They just had the Sales Tax raised, so we now have the highest sales tax among the states, plus it still varies within each city. Some are 9.25%, others are at 9.75. etc..

Ahh it sucks, the State has no money they say :/
 
I think I will DL Virtual On...I never did get the DC (or was it Saturn?) version because I couldn't justify spending money for the Twin Stick for just one game. I hope amazon has a sale, or maybe I will just bite the bullet and do the $10 credit for 4000 pts deal @ amazon already. :p
