Hey, while I'm asking for things.

Does anyone have the Penguin United 24-DS game case they would consider selling?

I'm only interested the kind with the thick and completely clear plastic sheets inside.
I'll pay you more than it costs to buy a new one.

(new ones come with a thinner plastic that I really don't like)
I have an extra one with the CAG emblem on the front (back when they decided to make a CAG exclusive run), but I'd have to look for it.

Speaking of looking, I spent a good two hours looking for my Pikmin 2 guide and instead found my clean copy of Alundra! I was surprised, all it had was a bunch of dust from all the years just sitting there

The case is still all glossy clean, disc is immaculate, but my instruction booklet is missing #-o

lol why the sour vaginas over neogaf?

lets put it this way-- how much better could every site be with that restricted of a registration process and strict moderating? Makes me pretty happy as a reader, even though there is a ton of douchebaggery going on there despite that...though I pretty much only make douchey posts on the internet these days.

killzone 2 sux and I hope sony goes broke

Pros vs. Cons. 360 vs PS3. Go!

I'm getting kind of sick of 360. I've had it for 3.5 years. It just seems like all the sports games are on both systems but 360 isn't really going out of its way to make games that are really interesting like Sony is.

Dang it, I like CEs and all, but do I really have to buy Dragon Age Origins for that exclusive Mass Effect 2 in-game item?? Will it let me see all the dirty details of the hot alien sex I missed in the first game?

Secret option c .. both. Wouldn't want it any other way. Both systems have a nice set of exclusives.

Agreed. It's nice having that option of more games to get/backlog.

Been playing Psi-Ops, the game is badass.

I dunno...if you're getting bored of the 360, you might get a little shot in the arm from the PS3, but going through its exclusives is pretty quick.

I really hate the wii and the wii remote because of the nasty shiny finish. Gets nasty scratches and scuffs.

Needs less gloss. Is the Japanese white gamecube controller the same way or is it matte?

What's there to maintain?

The only cost is the one time cost of the system.

After that, you pick and choose any game you want to play whenever you want.
I get bored of all my systems at certain points.

Currently it's my PS3 and 360.
After 8 months in hibernation, my Wii has suddenly sparked my interest so I'm playing through a few things on that when I get a chance.

I hate when I call a GS for a little obscure item and they just don't want to look (that I know they should have)

I've started to just pretend I'm from a different store and ask them to hold it for a customer.

It works though!
NE1 else getting Secret of Monkey Island today?
I didn't realize it was coming out today. Earlier I read a post about it and immediately turned my 360 on and downloaded it.

Debating whether I should unload a bunch of GS credit on the b2g1 and add a bunch of games to my backlog, or if I should fully preorder MW2 and two other games

 Nice.

You should fully pre-order the Prestige Edition and axe the two other games.

Don't get burned by not picking up a CE right away, you'll never see it again.
I'm playing the demo for Secret of Monkey Island and it's funnier than the first four episodes of Sam & Max Save the World combined.
Yeah I played MI2 a loong time ago and I forgot how funny it was. Plus I was pretty young when I first played it.

So awesome even though I already know how to beat everything, love the voices and being able to compare the old/new on the fly

Thanks, I do appreciate it.
I'm playing the demo for Secret of Monkey Island and it's funnier than the first four episodes of Sam & Max Save the World combined.
So true. I don't think I can finish Sam & Max...ugh.

I'll finish the other two episodes, but the humor in Sam & Max is more formulaic than genuinely funny. Not bad enough to not finish them though. I liked the
dance number
that came out of nowhere in episode 4.

On the note of adventure games, I played the demo of wallace and gromit and have to admit I was surprised how much I liked it. I'm going to wait till all episodes are released before getting though.

Finished Call of Juarez 2 tonight - damn fine game, and better story. A must have for western fans.

I'm making note of that jer. I want to play it as soon as it comes in from gamefly.

working on bionic commando right now. classic spencer FTW. again, still no complaints. It's probably the one game that is mostly about heights where I'm not scared of heights at all.

Got in a hour and half of playtime for Okami on the wii and so far I'm lovin' it. Trying to get use to the brush parts in the game (had to fix a broken water mill, and figuring the slash attack), but its coming along. It is quite a beatiful game with that sweet artwork, might have to pick up the Okami Complete Works book.

Only thing I am hating about this game so far is that you only have a limited amount of time to swim otherwise you drown. Didn't know that at first when I was trying to reach a plot of land that was extrememly far.

Sneaky Ebay.

I thought the first 5 auctions with no fees was pretty awesome, then I decided to read the "fine print" and come to find out they basically charge twice the amount in FVF's for those, that or up to $20, whichever is lowest :/
I started Red Faction tonight, and you people were right.

This game is a ton of fun.
Yea, $15 well spent.
I loved Okami till I realized that the story keeps going... and going... it's the one game where the longevity of its length killed it for me.
More than a 20 hour game of casual playing?

wait, where was it $15?
More than a 20 hour game of casual playing?
Yeah... it was a little too long.

Played some more Tales of Vesperia this morning. It makes me so mad that there is SO MUCH stuff in this game that is easily missable. Didn't stay at this particular inn one night? Well, you just cost yourself a title. Didn't find a random guy while being run out of town? No side quest reward for you, then. Didn't come back here even though there was absolutely no point before heading to the 2nd major dungeon? Well, you can't go to the secret dungeon.

Just on and on and on it goes. And the worst part is, all of the stuff I mentioned is DLC with the exception of the secret dungeon being available.
