I definitely liked COD4's single player more than the multiplayer. I hated it on Veteran, though. Hopefully they made it easier this time around. But I've got think MW2 has co-op achievements.

I was going to say that about ALL games... Also, Why... why does there have to be a damn "season". I'm gonna be swamped with games... Would've been nice during the summer or spaced out over they year...

Other than online games you may want to jump into right way no reason to buy all the games "in season."

Be a CAG and wait for price drops, them to come available on Goozex etc. I play most everything 6-12 months after release. Just as much fun, and a whole lot cheaper. And it spreads out the games through the year.

Only game I bought new last year was Gears, this year MW2 will be the only one.

Well... I don't think I've ever really payed full price for any game so far (at least for "next gen gaming"). I have NHL10 and GT5 from the amazon trade in deal for $35. I'm getting Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising with my $35 in Target Gift Cards I got from other people and well... Forza 3 I don't mind paying full price although I have it though Amazon and ECA for about $50. So... Price isn't really the problem so far.

I'm worried that Scribblenauts could become a huge disappointment. I don't think it was ever meant to get so much friggen hype. And I feel that after the novelty of "type anything" wears off, I think there wont be much there.

Hopefully I am proven wrong.

Double true. But, thankfully not everything (that was suppose to) is coming out this Fall. A ton of stuff got pushed to 2010 - I don't know what I would have done...

I agree with this.

Way better than I was expecting too.
I was already bracing myself that it'd look kinda dumb in motion but it's all good and then some.

100% homage. To (mostly Zelda) and other 8 bit RPG classics.

Look at the logo of the game.
Even has the little vines growing on it like the NES Zelda title.

I think they also have a dragon like Dragon Quest I's logo.

I don't think this is going to be a good game though, I don't really trust From Software.

Damn, missed out on IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey. Had a $25 Amazon GC as well, and the ECA codes are back now :bomb:

Oh well, finished NFS Underground over the weekend, got to 99% complete on Saints Row 2 and started playing Fallout 3 again.

And Blackburn got their first win of the season :bouncy::applause::bouncy:
Hey ben - just preordered XVI. The limited edition includes a Tom Servo statue. :whee:
Nice, did you see the link I posted here last week, I think you might have missed it.

Yeah it's good to get a Tom Servo to go with the Crow T we already have. They'll look good on top of my bookcase with my 1:1 scale Jester from Puppet Master, god I'm such a geek :)

I hope you have AppleCare, or it's still under warranty.

Macs are like foreign cars; parts cost twice as much. They usually last longer though, because everyone puts them up against the cheapest, shittiest PCs for comparison.

I was so ready for Bubble Bobble Neo for XBL.
Now I see it has no online.

WTF? Ah forget it then. If it's ever half off, I'll go for it.

EDIT: And probably Bust a Move as well. :(
What movies are in MS3K XVI? Personaly I'm still waiting for Mitchell
105- THE CORPSE VANISHES with short: COMMANDO CODY PT 3

501- WARRIOR OF THE LOST WORLD

521- SANTA CLAUS

701- NIGHT OF THE BLOOD BEAST with short: ONCE UPON A HONEYMOON

Thanks, I've never seen any of those. Is the Santa Claus movie that old Santa Movie with the Devil? If so that movie looks terrible and I must watch it ;)

Did MST3K ever do Santa Claus Conquers the Martians?

EDIT: Uncharted gets a 21 out of 20? Oh, for fuck's sake - these numbers are arbitrary enough. Now when the next Zelda title comes out, fans will shit their pants because the obviously anti-Nintendo reviewers hated the game so much they only gave it 14 and a half stars out of 5.

Well it's doing better now, I'm still having some trouble tho.

Hey, what happened? MUA2 looks shitty.

My GS giftcard from E-rewards came, now to decide what game to order.
I thought you meant the band broke up for a second, I was like what the hell!?
Bwahahahaha!

What exactly does apple care do? Is it like an extended warranty? I recently got a mac (for work/school purposes) and took it back to get the screen repaired (dead pixel) without apple care without any issues.
Good catch Pete. From Software Is actually the publisher. I forget the dev name. Silicon something.
Yeah, I should've noticed. GameFAQs lists Irem. I didn't even know they were still around.
