True, storage and portability is an issue for any handheld, but it's a price I'm willing to pay to avoid the other issues with DRM right now. I have a couple of games as DL only like Patapon 2 (since that was the only way it was released), so I'm not necessarily completely against it, but I'm not going to replace any of my existing titles either.

I saw a Patapon 2 UMD case on clearance at Target, did it just have a download code inside it?
If that's true I call BS.

Yes, that's where I got mine from. It's in a UMD case, but it's still download-only with a Redemption code inside. I don't mind. $10 for the game and a free UMD case, lol.

Meh, I'm gonna hold out until Uncharted 2/Brutal Legend. fuck NGS2. I am not hyped at all.

I can play downloads on up to five PSPs, where even if I have 3 PSPs, I can still play them on all of them. If I need to remove a PSP, all I have to do is de-activate it (only takes a couple of seconds). As long as all my games are on my main download list (which can be accessed anywhere I can log-into a PSN account), I have no issues buying downloads over UMD/retail. XBL and Wii stuff is a bit more complicated on the other hand.

Yes, I also agree that Sony's DRM is pretty flexible compared to most other DRMs. On the other hand, it doesn't matter to me how many devices I can add to if I can't trade or sell it when I want. That's still a pretty big issue for me.

But speaking of GT PSP, my order @ Amazon went into "shipping soon" status--yay! Unfortunately, the price dropped from $38.99 (not including ECA) to $36.99--doh! I emailed them to see if they can apply the pre-order price guarantee for me.
That's deep, man.
It's entirely possible and not extraordinarily difficult to beat Chaos without so much as a single scratch. Either upgrade your equipment, or practice dodging/blocking.

I'm assuming of course that you're fighting Chaos for the very first time, and not fighting the 100+ level version at the very very end.
I was fighting Golbez. The last boss of what is, I assume, the easiest storyline. This isn't going to be a fun ride, huh?
More ridiculous? Huh?
new code=triple stack for 30% off orders
probably getting batman now for like $35 i think(it $52 on amazon)

what, what? how? link? fuck!
what, what? how? link? fuck!
u have to get ahold of the 2 previous eca codes and they added new codes today but yeah u can burn all 3 and bam 30% off :bouncy:
also better do it now cuz they expire tonight

Yeah, this actually works out better for amazon in the long run because I'm ordering waaaaaayyyy more shit than I ever would have without the codes. I'm even considering ordering ridiculous shit like that DJ Hero Renegade edition. Hellz yah, hollah!!!
The co-op stuff is pretty crappy though.

no blood = no sale
I disagree completely about the co-op.

I will bite and ask what makes you say that though.
damn... can I still go back and get the older ECA codes? and I'm guessing amazon dosnt charge till something ships...?
yep u dont get charged until the game ships and looks like u cant generate any of the new codes anymore so not sure if u can get old codes workin

Well, Golbez is a good character, if it makes you feel better. Generally though, you can dash through almost all of his magic attacks (the ones that have orbs with lasers). EX Cancelling is also something that he just can't deal with.

If it's still too tough, you could always level up with the Exdeath trick. The story mode bosses don't level scale, so you could get to level 100 in about 10 minutes, then beat Golbez in less than that.

I'd rather do missions than dumb, arena style shit.

Naw, man. Unless you have those codes attached to an existing pre-order, or have an unused one stashed somewheres, that's it. I believe at least one of the batches also expires tonight as well.
I'd rather do missions than dumb, arena style shit.
So you'd rather have sections where you run to a different area thrown in?

Yeah, with some variety.

I can't believe when they make games they don't just have you stand in a room and have the final boss come to you after 6 hours of hanging around.

This is different though since they're pretty short. The appeal to Ninja Gaiden to me is the combat, I'm perfectly fine with the missions just being in large areas. The platforming in the 3-D NG games has always been terrible.

Ninja Gaiden needs to go God of War style camera. Way overhead and fixed. The only God of War game where the camera is a bit iffy is the PSP version, and that's only in 2 areas and doesn't affect combat.

Look who you are arguing with man... there is no reason.

I never said anything about platforming. I hate that shit.
Look who you are arguing with man... there is no reason.
You're one to talk.

All I know is I've been playing the co-op for the past 3 hours and I've been having a blast. If I didn't have class in the morning I'd keep going.

Had some laughs trying a mission on master ninja where you have to fight three bosses at once. Good stuff.

Aw shit. I sold Eye of Judgement without the camera on amazon to some kid for $12 (a deal, right? Cheapest other listing was $20 without the camera) and now he's bitching that he thought the camera was included and wants a refund, when it clearly stated in the description "NO CAMERA". Stupid, stupid people.

I say fuck him. I already paid an extra $4 ship that shit out than what amazon gave me.
Jer, let's play Firefight sometime.
Yes.

I have to swap internets/optical cables for my systems so I haven't been on the 360 all week since I've been playing infamous, but I should be free this weekend, my gf is workin a lot and my roomates are gone.

Infamous does kinda drag with the missions being so similar. For some reason it didn't bother me in Prototype. I think prototype was more fun to fly around and fight dudes, though. But infamous is still good, just not as good as prototype, IMO.
Infamous bored me to tears. Thanks for existing, gamefly.
I find inFAMOUS pretty cool actually, and this comes from someone who normally isn't into most open world games (only sandbox games I like are inFAMOUS and Crackdown).
You need ECA Mana!
I know I do.
It has fast traveling, if you play it enough.
Nice. That will come in handy. It's a pain in the ass being sent back to al Masyif and then having to get to other cities that are super far away and you have to go at a snails pace due to friggin soldiers attacking if you move at a gallop on your horse.
Look who you are arguing with man... there is no reason.
I was gonna say this to Zew

Oops - woke up at 4:30 to play a little trash panic and it's time to go to work.

That game is bizzare, and addicting.

I'm not doing the Exdeath trick. I also wasted about an hour of my life last night losing to a Sephiroth clone. I was a level higher than him, and he still destroyed me at will. He just dodges everything, even when he's just finished attacking.

I thought maybe that Cecil just sucked, but I played against him in Free mode later, and he hit me with everything that the bosses were easily avoiding. :bomb::bomb::bomb: @ this game.

Played more chronicles of Riddick yesterday, got through what I remember to be the the most frustrating part (the mines), so hopefully its back to sneaking and snapping necks.

I wish there were more fist fights in Riddick though, Its damn fun to try and fight someone with your fists and they have a better weapon.

It's too late to do the stacking, unless you already had codes redeemed to your account from one or more previous 'batches.' If you sign up now you'll only be able to get new codes from the current batch.

Finished MUA2. I'll probably start the Legendary playthrough when I get a Juggernaut code. If I don't get the code, I'll play through it anyway. I had a freaking blast, but it was way too easy.
