Also: Zew finally got cought by the MS police. Looks like maybe Trakan too? I dunno about him.

I can't say I don't feel a bit of satisfaction from finding that out..
Why? I don't care about my gamerscore. If you can't tell, I have another gamertag already set.
Ch. 4 is no where near the toughest part of Uncharted 2.
Here's something semi-unique to Chapter 4:
It's one of two places in the entire game where your AI partner can cause you to fail. However, since you're pinned down it's tougher than the other part.

So what do you think is the toughest part of the game?

I had more trouble at the
village getting over ran.

The train was a bit tougher too.

I only died on ch. 4 one time.
I thought the hardest part was
jumping from truck to truck but thats only because it was so technically janky at that part
Okay, that part gave me some trouble because
The truck I was supposed to jump down to didn't spawn the first two times. The third it arrived just in time to splatter me.

I only disliked one part in the final chapter
when you first have to fight those warriors in Shangri-La.
I was dying way too quickly from the dumb arrows, and felt like I had to glitch the game to beat those two guys by exploiting cover and a platform with the weak gun they gave you.

----

What did you in Zew? I read about the Forza 3 thing online somewhere.

Two grenades will kill them.

Of course, I died about fifteen times before I figured that out.

Chapter 4 wasn't hard at all.

The hardest part is
where the village is being attacked.

Also I didn't care for the last boss fight. Reminded me of the last boss fight from Gun.

I agree with all 3 of these.
Now I LOVED the ending. Guys, this game is incredible.

Today I started the first few chapters on Hard, finished Gears Of War 2 (I was stuck on a part for what seemed like eternity but once I got past it the last 2 chapters were hillariously easy), and started Super Mario Galaxy.

Anybody have good games to recommend for the Wii besides No More Heroes?

Any comparison to the final boss of GUN is a terrible thing indeed. I trust that you have not raised that unholy spectre for no reason.

This is a very, um... open question. Are NMH and Mario Galaxy the only Wii games you've played so far? Hard to give recommendations without knowing what you've already gone through.

But I will anyway. Zelda, Metroid Trilogy, Brawl, Little King's Story, House of the Dead Overkill, and Fire Emblem. Always Fire Emblem.

EDIT: Oh, god dammit, Zack & Wiki. And if you don't go for the PC versions, World of Goo, Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People, and Tales of Monkey Island.

My Borderlands from Amazon should be here tomorrow morning, but I'm considering going the the midnight launch at the big Gamestop to get a copy signed by the devs.

Nice.

My copy from Amazon also shipped, but I don't have Prime so I probably won't get it until the end of the week.

I wish I understood where they ship stuff from. My copy of Uncharted 2 still hasn't arrived, but I do expect it to arrive today or tomorrow.

I love amazon. They put AC2 in my Release Day delivery order and Borderlands in my 2 day order and Borderlands has gone to shipping soon so I should have it Wednesday as it only takes about a day to get here with two day shipping! Now to go play more Uncharted 2 lol.

House of the Dead Overkill.

The two fights play out almost exactly the same. The difference is that the Uncharted one isn't as cheap. Still annoying though.

I kind of want Borderlands... But it seems the fun is in the co-op. And I don't have enough friends who will be picking the game up. So I'll hold off for about a week when I get my $10 GC from amazon.

I would definitely do that if I was a little closer to Dallas. I am gonna go to the midnight launch at Hastings tonight.

Gamefly is taking fucking forever to get "A Boy & His Blob" to me. More time is spent in the "shipping process" than in the "playing process."
House of the Dead Overkill.
On that note, I found Ghost Squad and HotD I/II to be awesomely fun if you can find em under $20. I checked my hours last night and as crazy as it sounds I have over 15 hours of playtime with ghost squad lol
Yeah, Batman was awesome.

I think it's still my GOTY even after finishing Uncharted 2.
Please don't make me buy Batman.:bomb: I don't need more games.

Although, I did receive Way of the Samurai 3 on Amazon (I won't even mention which console I got it for).

Rats, it looks like I won't get Uncharted 2 until maybe tomorrow? Was hoping to get it started tonight as Borderlands is also enroute and my co-workers will likely start it up this week. I'll have to alternate between the two games for a bit I suspect as I don't want to fall behind them.

Thanks. I just got the Wii, so I've played about 45 minutes of Super Mario Galaxy. I own MP3, but I think I'll trade it and pick up the Trilogy. I just new No More Heroes was highly regarded, just wanted to see some other well received Wii games.

Oh sweet, Uncharted 2 DID come today
along with my $15 copy of X-Men Origins Wolverine
! Can't wait to start it up tonight
just Uncharted 2. I'll save Wolvie for another time
!!

Ah, gotcha. In that case, also consider Mad World, Mario Kart Wii (I prefer Double Dash, m'self), The Conduit, Punch-Out, Super Paper Mario, Muramasa, Deadly Creatuers, and Wii Play.

Fire Emblem... Starcraft... X-Com... Planescape... Fire Emblem...

Next game that's close to going to GameStop is Star Ocean: The Last Hope (360), as much as I love that game (mostly because I'm going to buy it on PS3 in Feb. 2010). I might see if anything else should go, but I doubt I'll let anything else go.

I am close to buying an NBA game this year, mostly because I do love basketball games quite a bit (just rarely buy them, but do play them quite a bit when I do buy). I decided I'll go with NBA Live 10 this year if I buy, played both the Live 10 and 2K10 a few times (last year I preferred Live 09, before that it was 2k games). I might also get NBA 10 The Inside on PSP since the demo was fun, but I doubt it.

If you're going to get a Sony NBA game, get NBA 09 on the PSP since it's cheaper and is virtually the same game without the mediocre minigames they added this year.

NBA2K10 is great. The presentation is solid, and the audio is spectacular at capturing the feel of a real game. I love how the announcers will break out a spontaneous "Oooohhhhh!!!" right in the middle of their commentary if you bust out a jam or do a spectacular move. The dunks in the game are crazy.

The part Azumangaman posted is really fun but you just gotta keep running or you'll get buttfucked.
Dear

Sell it to me, Star Ocean is a game I want.

I was completely fine until
the helicopter traps you into the train car with the rocket launcher. I died like 8 times on that part, half because I couldn't figure out what to do, and half because I missed the god damn helicopter. I also had a little trouble with the big tough motherfucker at the end, because I thought I was supposed to run through him and into the next cart. Took me a while to figure out that he could actually die.

It was a pretty damn badass act, even if it had me shouting horrible things at Nathan Drake.
