General Request for Bargain Bin PC games

I'm looking for basically bargain bin pc games that can be played via cd rom on a computer using Windows 98. The best i've been able to do is a $1 snowmobile racing game at dollar tree. Are there any online places to get cheap pc games thats not ebay?
