Genji: Dawn of the Samurai - $10 @ Overstock.com
It has real time weapon switching!
I'm an Onimusha fan, so is this game a cheap knock-off or worth buying?? I guess $10 isn't a real brain bender, but there's shipping to pay, too... so I don't know if I want to go through the trouble. Why isn't this deal local (at a brick & mortar)???
Not sure if this has been posted, but i bought the game recently for $20 at EB new used. Its the 'Steal of the Day' item.
Looks like you just got it right before they drop the price in BB. "Steal of the Day" meant EB stole from you on that day, tough luck buddy.:booty:

Thanks for the post though.

IMO, Genji is much better than Onimusha. It's not as mindless or far-fetched. The game is a little short (6ish hours?), I've heard the new Onimusha is 20+ hours, but they're usually so boring that I stop playing them after 2. Genji has a certain charm and beauty to it that keeps me coming back for more.

Genji looks amazing, and the controls arent bad at all. This game would have gotten some great scores had it been longer. Anyway, i paid $19.99 for it at EB some months back.

I loved the Oninusha's up through 3, but DoD just really lost me. Genji came out after Onimusha 3 but before DoD, and IMO they just out-did Capcom at their own game. Genji was such an improvement that playing DoD just felt really dated.

I know it's the "in thing" to rag on Genji 2 right now, but it's honestly one of my most-wanted PS3 games.

Post #14. three of them of you saying you paid $20 for it at Eb

While we're sharing:

I bought my Genji months ago at Best Buy for $5 after no-minimum $5 off PS2 coupon....and eventually copy #2,3, & 4 to trade into EB for about $13 after 3/$10 bonus...
