Using the iPad Comixology app, I was able to download all 720 of the promo comics yesterday afternoon and I also tested the syncing; it went slow, but OK.
 
Apparently I managed to get 480 issues into my account via the website before they shut it down. Turned out better than I thought. Took way too much effort, and I have to say my productivity at work suffered. :lol:

They should just add all 700 books to all accounts as I don't think anyone is going to complain about getting free comics. I got the email telling me I am good to go to an email address I didn't even realize that had a Comixology account so it does show they could just add them all if they really wanted as they seem to be sending that email out to anyone with an account as I did get the same email on my real account that I signed up for the promotion under.

Comixology has their own app called Comix. It has their x on the icon.

The Marvel App should also work as they have the promotion listed on the Marvel website front page.
 
Kinda weird they're doing this through Comixology and not the official Marvel app, but whatever. Signed up :D One thing I didn't find... it lets you have all 700 comics added to your account? Or do you need to pick a certain amount?

You will have to add all 700 to your account if you want them all.
 
I wish there were an easier way of adding the comics into checkout. It kind of daunting adding each issue with multiple pages from each of the franchises, but I got through it. It would suck if I ended up missing an issue or two so I went through it twice just to be sure. I ended up with 723 comics. Has anyone gotten anything over that number?

Edit: Added 723 issues but in my account it only says I have 623. wtf?!
 
No email for me as well. I received confirmation that I was on the list, but I guess I will just have to wait. Not complaining, I like free.
 
I got my email and added them all to the cart then hit submit and it redirected me to a sign ups are over page. Has this happened to anyone else? I am currently waiting to see if and hoping it submitted for me cause I really dont want to add them all over again. I am hoping it is just some lag from everyone in this wave doing it.

I'm having the same problem. I added all 723 but only 668 show up in my account, and some of those are other free comics from other promotions.
 
Got my email. Added 565 to my account and got the email saying they are ready. They show up on the website but not on my Nexus 10 app yet :(
 
Count me down for the same problem, I added all 723, but only 634 are showing up. We all seem to have different numbers showing up, so it must be a technical error on their end.
 
Here is the list of comics. I think the number discrepancy is that some of the books on your My Comics page have more than one comic in them. For instance, Avengers Vol. 4 on your list has both Avengers Vol 4 #1 and Avengers Annual #1. Amazing Spider-Man/Ghost Rider: Motorstorm is in Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 2. I went through the 1st 90 and confirmed they were in my account.

Got my email the other day. The link came thru today, I picked about 60 issues (ones I might actually read) and 20 minutes later, they were in my account. Simple enough. Now I gotta install the app on my wife's Kindle so I can actually read them.
 
I can not fucking believe I somehow managed to fucking miss this... Twice... You would think they would have mentioned it, oh, IN THE ACTUAL fuckING COMICS. You know, the ones I overpaid for. Jackasses.
 
Yeah, I got an e-mail back from them saying that the number refers to the series and not to individual issues. Some of mine have 4 comics in them, in fact.

However, its weird that several of us have different numbers. Maybe they got sorted differently for some reason, or we had comics we got previously in our accounts. I never linked my Marvel and DC accounts, so the 634 are all new. Anyways, its great for free! :)

My email has a bad link and won't let me download them. Not sure if it's another server issue on their part or just an error in my email. They really should have just added all the books to all accounts that signed up to avoid any of these sort of problems.
 
Yeah I'm having a similar problem. I got the email fine, but when I try to log in, it goes nowhere.
