I have 80 points pending in my account after getting two 40 point items, so yes. It took awhile for it to show up though.
 
Every time I go to the rewards site I always have to click the 'Sign Up Now' button, which leads me to the 'We'll accept you in 36 hours' message. I've done it at least five times since the program went live in Canada and I still don't seem to be in yet.

So as much as I'd like those Quiksilver Ferris Sunglasses for free, until I can properly log in, I'm not going to try this, but thanks anyway OP.
