Getting Games That Have Been Pulled

I was wondering is anyone knew how to get a hold of games that have been discontinued and no longer sold. 
 
Off the top of my head, I can think of Second Sight (on both GOG and Steam) and James Bond 007: Blood Stone (on Steam). 
 
I can imagine how hard it must be to achieve this, but if there was some way, I'd be very grateful.

check on 99gamers, a lot of people have steam codes up on that site. check the steam page on here to, and reach out to the folks there
