The Dust XBLA game is interesting. From the trial it seems like Shank meets Castlevania. seems intriguing. Could do without the furries though.
She's one of the more tolerable FFXIII characters... and I disagree; the battle system in FFXIII was amazing, so I'd say she's an average character stuck in a boring FF with great gameplay. :p
I didn't hate the battle system I hated you couldn't do shit but move right.

Ugh. I don't get it. Why do people like Jeanne? She's sort of like Bayonetta's Vergil to me... but she's not anywhere near as awesome/likeable.
You know I thought I was a big fan of vergil until I replayed with him on the HD collection I really didn't like him as much. Playing with jeanne is more of a challenge because she has no real activation of her whatever that slow time thing was unless you parry an attack which meant when she was hit and before took damage you had to do the roll to activate it making her harder to use.

long sentences ftw!

Just came back from gamestop traded in my 3ds for an xl another nintendo product destined to collect dust!

Now don't get me started on Lulu (and maybe Rikku/Auron/Paine).

I didn't hate the battle system but I hated you really had no free reign on what to do.

I didn't hate the battle system it was pretty fluid a lot better than the civil war type battle system in previous FF I hated you had no free reign on what to do.

I think the only FFXIII character I truly hated was Hope. I really like Lightning and Sazh and the rest were merely uninteresting.

Vanille and Sazh were more annoying to me than Hope.

Ah, now you're talking about gameplay -- but the impression I get, from all the Jeanne fans (and from Vergil fans) is that they like the character design/etc. as well. The gameplay, I can understand. Though I like Vergil even more now than I did having actually ran though DMC3 with him (never owned SE, just DMC3). Those teleports are so fucking gangster; but maybe it made it too easy for you. ;)

A better question would be what did he do to deserve that punishment?

Nah I'm not that good as those dudes you see on youtube I barely beat it on DMD -- final vergil on DMD was brutal. I hated using vergil because his lack of double jump he has that teleport forward which sort of acts like a double jump.
Kail with his DMC 3 combos are amazing btw

dunno why it quoted both of those

Yes, and now they have upgraded to making great games.

SFIV is considered best? That just tells you how bad that list is.

Well I dunno about Asura's Wrath, but Dragon's Dogma did gangbusters, they've already pretty much said they are going to milk it like it's the next Resident Evil.

Asura's wrath = goty.
Good god no, have you played the demo?
No just saw someone play it. Chris' campaign was just RE 5 and leon's campaign looks good until I saw those QTE's in a trailer but I didn't mind to much.

''This demo of Resident Evil 6 is currently scheduled for release on Xbox Live on September 5, 2012,''

I'll dl it in 4 days and see for myself. D=

Have you played Revelations? That's a good RE game.
Asura's wrath = goty.
I played the demo, it barely felt like a game and even for a crazy over the top game like that it was kind of ridiculousness.

Everybody, hurry, buy 7 copies of Rising each:

Speaking during the Metal Gear 25th Anniversary panel at this year's PAX in Seattle, Konami kingpin and Metal Gear mogul Hideo Kojima gave a bit of insight into the future of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance as a series, as well as his continuing relationship with Platinum Games.

"First of all, I'm not a huge fan of spin-offs," Kojima said. "But as far as Rising is concerned, if it works out well, I'd really like to work with Platinum again to make a sequel."

Kojima also said that he'd "really love to make" a game with The Boss as a main character, but that it would be part of the main series if it were to ever happen, rather than a spun-off title like Rising. Kojima couldn't comment on whether Platinum Games would be involved with that game's hypothetical production, only that he's "really loving working with Platinum."

I love platinum games even though this game looks kinda over the top in terms of the MGS world I'll still buy it.

They should release this game on the same day as DmC.

I don't believe that's the actual translation for Mr. Kojima.

I'm pretty sure it is.

Apparently when it comes to Kojima and MGS, I'm easily offended. :bomb:

Die, you monster.
Sup, Sam.
That's probably the point. Wouldn't be the first time Kojima has poked fun of Splinter Cell.

Asura's Wrath is fantastic. Haven't had that much fun with a game in a long time.

I really would like the next Lost Planet to be good. The first game had a lot of potential, if some flaws. The second one was simply a step in the wrong direction.

Fixed that for you.

Random side note:
I really hate it when anime color artists don't respect the lines the inkers drew and color things (what appears to be) wrongly.

I thought about playing that when it comes out on PS3, but then I decided it would be a waste of time.

Since I'm buying the game anyways

That game would have been 100x better if it wasn't on the 3DS.
