I eat crow. After getting a new graphics card and playing some PC games, PC Gaming is definitely superior. Games running in that high resolution is SO nice. Played XCOM demo just now and loved it.

2GB in my 6 year old laptop, 8GB in my desktop. Probably cop 16GB of 2133 MHz DDR3 when it's a bit cheaper for shits and giggles. I don't even use 8GB unless I'm messing with VMs.

Hm. The only game that really interests me there is Bioshock 2, which I've held off on until now because... well, it just struck me as a game that did not need to be, a Paul Begala to "balance" Tucker Carlson.

And it's not like I was so enamoured of the gameplay of the original that I just had to play its sequel, either.

EDIT: This is my way of passive-aggressively asking you if Bioshock 2 is worth a damn for someone who thought the original was pretty neat and will probably play Infinite at some point but isn't in love with the franchise or anything.

Enjoyed the ending to Bioshock, but that was about it.

No need for Bioshock 2, but RAGE and Walking Dead both look like I can dig.

Sure. If anything get Minerva's Den and just go through that and bypass the mediocrity that is the actual game.
 
I'm not saying that the main game isn't worth it, just that if anything you should go through the DLC as it's not overly long and better in terms of story.
 
I went into Bioshock 2 with low expectations when I played through it back on 360; I liked it enough, considering it was a different development team and some of the core mechanics were switched up a bit.

I'd say it's worth $5 if you enjoyed the original and are looking for something similar.
 
Think I'm passing on Bioshock 2, then.

And on RAGE, which... why would anyone feel the need to buy RAGE? I didn't even realize it was on sale because why the fuck would I remember something like that?
