I don't think there's a post-Serenity one, but Buffy and Angel have new "seasons" in the comics and they are both pretty goddamn ridiculous. I think they only interesting thing they managed was
turning Gunn into a vampire

Played more GTA 4 today.  It definitely has it's problems (controls, combat mechanics, health), but still fun.  I really hope they improved some of the mechanics in 5.

 
Shit yeah, got 12 hours of sleep today.

Co-op Vanquish would've been the shit. Make it like Halo 1 co-op AKA don't change shit, just have two people running around.

I would have loved that, I don't mind when they just have co-op for the sake having co-op, I'd definitely play through it again if it had it haha

I actually really liked the Buffy and Angel comics. They're really cray, though.

Just adding co-op doesn't necessarily work well. Not for every game. If Gears were solo only and they patched in co-op, that could work... because it's a squad based shooter and you're always in pairs of two... but Vanquish? You'd totally break the game, as you don't normally have friendly support in your encounters...

Though I like this approach over, say, the army of two/RE5 & RE6/etc. approach.

And they really need to stop tying achievements to this crap.

Speaking of Vanquish, I should really step my game up and go try to finish that last challenge to get my platinum for it.

 
Co-op in dark souls 2 doe.

Me and frosty will be back to back fighting endless hordes of the undead he'll call out for a flask I do a fat man roll and throw it to him he drinks it looks back at me and gives me a thumbs up and then BOOM he unleashes a fire surge killing everyone around us OR DID IT? Just then he is lunged attacked by an undead I jump in between it and take the hit I die but its ok I'll be at  the bonfire.

There aren't enough coop games imo.

I wish I could transfer my psp games to my vita.

For the boss battles you can summon people if they have summon signs down but if you're not a casual you don't use them

I've never seen the show because I hated the character of Angel, but he's awesome in this. I'm like 10 episodes into the last season. Spike is awesome and so is Fred. I've heard the comics, more specifically After The Fall, are pretty good. I've read a few of the Angel limited series and those are pretty cool. I do prefer the Buffy comics because Whedon has more of a hand in creating those than he did the Angel comics.

And there's no really co-op in the souls games, not in the traditional sense of "I'm going to partner with online friend x". It's more like Journey in that, you can find a partner online and hope they're someone who can help you out... and it's only for a section and only if you want help. It's not you can say "Yo, Frost, hop on Dark Souls and let's run through the whole game together". Not without a LOT of hassle. And yet people try to find a way to do it anyway... :lol:

Lol, it's like the debate I'm having with Blue in the RPG thread...you can't say that the multiplayer in the DS games are definitely not co-op, because, yeah, it really is. Granted you can only do it where the game specifically tells you to, and it's not up to you whether the co-op happens, but it IS there.

Army of Two sucks ass. That doesn't mean I don't want devs to stop trying to make good co-op games. SR3's drop-in/drop-out is pretty good. I'm looking forward to GTA online with you nukkas as well...

Co-op happens in dark souls explicitly when you want it to happen, it's just not co-op in the traditional sense. PvP on the other hand "just happens".
