I was pretty into that DLC, but yeah, it was a little easy to break. On PC, I made the mistake of leaving an area before climbing up and proceeding into the police station or whatever. When I came back in, the ledge was totally unable to be grapnelled up to. Had to fudge around until I found a way to climb up manually.
original was like over the level camera in some places it'll probably be like RE4 camera behind you and shit
Yeah, wouldn't surprise me if they made a camera style more like the newer games. I've played the original on PS1 and DS but don't think I ever did the GC one which this version is based off of so that should be neat to see!
I really hope they don't try to change the camera. REmake is wonderful as is. The camera angles have a big role in how you play as well as the overall aesthetic of the game.
I don't care what people say, give me Outbreak 1+2 with online play again on the One, those games were good fun online.
The IGN article says "You can either choose to play the game in its old 4:3 ratio, or bump it up to 16:9 widescreen. Other changes include various control options, though the original scheme will be present, and a scrolling camera that appears to move away from the original's fixed angles in preference of a more dynamic". So it sounds like there will be some change, but hopefully they make it like the controls where you can choose the original style as well. Like if you play with a new more modern control style I understand giving us a different camera style, but if we play with the classic controls leave the camera how it is because I do agree that it added to the atmosphere well.

Man, that suuuucks. I'm glad to hear someone else liked that DLC. So far all the people I've talked to on Facebook about it haaaated it. I thought it was pretty alright, all things considered. I would like to see these guys get another shot at Batman eventually.
