That far in, I don't expect your opinion to change much.

Depending on parents, those kids can end up as fucking monsters. Kjelle and some of the Galeforce kids were destroyers of worlds in my game.

and all gaming is trash besides Gears

I haven't bothered going for Galeforce; game's already fairly easy. The support system is so god damn powerful that the only things that can cause me to restart a mission are 1: suddenly spawning an archer squad on top of a flying unit, 2: rescue-the-suicidal-NPC missions, or 3: forgetting to check for counter.

 
Easy is Normal in Awakening but non-permadeath is a separate toggle from actual difficulty (Casual vs Classic I think?). I'm doing Classic Hard and I mean I'm having fun mostly but I still preferred the console ones I guess.

And some of the aesthetic decisions in this game are just fuckin' bizarre. Who thought Knights should look like that? Who is responsible for Nowi? Who stole everyone's feet?
