It's harder, you take more damage if hit, enemies/bosses have new attacks, enemies have Devil Trigger like you, enemies are smarter, enemies are a lot more aggressive, and they block more.
 
Kendal, I'll let you know pricing shortly. I previously had a price range, but I decided to re-think it a little (which means go lower).

Everyone else who said I should rent, I'll tell you my situation with renting. Several years ago, I use to rent games all the time and rarely buy. A lot of that was because renting was cheap or had several rent one/rent one free coupons at Blockbuster. Since renting B&M is quite expensive now, I kind of stopped and starting buying. There's one reason I cannot use GameFly right now, and it has to do with living in two places. I'm constantly moving back and forth between two locations at least every two weeks (between home and college), so using GameFly is kind of hard right now. When I get settled into a place I might.

I usually can tell that by all the info and shit I do, and even then if I'm skeptical I'll wait on a few price drops. Games drop in price so fast these days it's crazy.

I'm the same way. I can tell if I'll like a game or not. Been playing games for about 2 decades now, so I have a pretty good idea what I like.

Hrm... want to getting Smash. I'll probably wait till Friday though just coz I got a shitload of school related stuff I don't really care about this week, and if I get Smash, none of it will get done.

Oh yeah, and if you like PC games and wanna get review copies of PC shit, Honestgamers is looking for freelancers. You have to be able to write, so that probably eliminates some people, but... yeah, there ya go.

Can't decide what I'll play first. Either a smash party with too few controllers and too many people or feign illness, then go home and play SSE for an hour or two before bed.

Probably the latter :)

TMNT 2 is the best NES game.

I'll probably play SSE first, get a handle on things.

I wasn't getting it from GS, but I still have a preorder there and it looks like most of the midnight openings and tournaments are cancelled around here due to weather.

Brawl is the shit. Well it is pretty good. Not a huge fan, but enjoy the game so far. Dumped an hour into it. TheKaneRobot is on his way over. We are getting dinner then time for Brawl!
 
So is the GGT gonna go dead for awhile when everyone gets Brawl? Its all I've heard about for the past month or so. Brawl, Brawl, Brawl, Brawl, Brawl.

Just messin with ya'll. I've never been a Smash Bros. fan, but the game does look fun.

I'm about halfway into Case 4 of Apollo Justice. The story has gotten really interesting, but I think they could have come up with some better uses for the stylus than the kinda cheesy wierd-ass things they got you doing. But the story is awesome.
Trucy's panties are also awesome.

I have a lot LO to do and the wife wants to watch 48 hours mystery (two hours).

Then just go to my method of not buying a new game until you need one to play. I stopped buying stuff just because it was on sale etc. I just wait until I want something new to play and then see what deals are around on games I want if there's not a new release game worth full price to me at that time.

That change has improved my enjoyment of gaming as I don't rush through games to move on to the next one in my stack anymore and I stick more to AAA games that way as well. Also saves me money as I buy less games over all.

TKR just left and I am heading for bed. We played Co-op story mode and we switched off through the single player. It was pretty fun. We both played with the Wavebird and the Classic Controller. The CC is the way to go. For us at least. Tomorrow I am probably going to finish up another month or so of Smackdown Vs Raw 2k8 before I get lost in Brawl with my friends.

I also picked up Silent Hill Comic Book Dealie For The PSP. I am going to watch it tomorrow. Or read it. Or whatever it is you do with this thing.
 
Just came back from the midnight release with my friend. I didn't get to play in the tournament but he did and he said he was sorta happy I didn't get to because he knew I'd beat him if we played eachother :lol:

It was crazy though, there were at least 200-300 people. Insanity. Also saw the fattest guy I've ever seen there. I mean, I've seen fat people, but I was amazed that this guy made it in the door.

I'll be here as well, since I don't have a Wii yet I wont have Brawl for quite some time. We'll keep the GGT alive while them Nukkas are brawling it up.
 
My friend wanted Brawl last night but Gamestop told him he couldn't buy it till Tuesday since he didn't preorder. Seems stupid to not have a few extra copies.

I'm almost at the bottom of my backlog,
not counting the 5 games I have for a system I don't own
time to start buying games again. Need to find something that will tide me over in between when I finish FFT and the release of Crisis Core. Maybe Metroid'''?
