Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime Free! (Need Xbox Live Taiwan Account)

Ok, I made a taiwanese account and it still asks me for 800 points. Help please? Anyone?

I didn't say it to imply this thread shouldn't exist. I did it so hopefully people could find the information they need to setup their accounts. Apparently it didn't work based on the questions being asked.

set up a hotmail account with location taiwan and then a free silver account with region set to taiwan.
 
I can't even set up a Taiwanese account right now.. Keep getting this message: "Uh oh, you found a glitch in our system".
 
fuck me. I don't speak Chinese, so apparently I can't create a Taiwan account. (it asks me to change the language setting to Chinese to continue.)

Only Taiwan Silver account, the hotmail account can be from anywhere.
 
Ok, got the account set up (press RT a few times and it takes you to an english keyboard, the rest can be guessed) and it asks for 800 points when I go to buy the game.
Has this been fixed already, or have I done something wrong?
 
I created a Taiwan hotmail and xbox account but I keep getting this message "Sorry
This item is not available for purchase from Xbox LIVE Marketplace on the Web." I recovered the gamertag onto my console and went to the marketplace and all they have is Sanctum of Slime avatar items. I tried a few hours ago and I just tried again. I keep getting the same thing.

Just curious, has anyone else had this problem.

I must have messed up when I set up my email account. Got it working now.
