I always just thought he was a shaq-fuing cool as hell psycho. After seeing what he went through as a child, I feel really bad for Gaara. He went through pure hell to get to the psycho he is now.
Nice. They tend to go to backstories a little too much, with episodes just for that purpose. At least the action between them is awesome.
Yeah...There's sometimes where I sit there and go "Come on!!! Less talking, more fighting!" I mean, the one fight right now involving Orochimaru...I think for about twenty episodes now it's just been the two people holding each other with a sword going through one of them. I really wanna see where that one goes, but I feel like it's never going to end.
Yeah, those parts suck when there's action, but they throw story inbetween the big parts of it.
Yeah...I think they took one episode and decided to stretch it over at least ten episodes. Though Enma is the freaking monkey.
Yeah, I think it's called the DBZ effect.
Ugh, don't remind me. They'd spend 3 to 4 episodes just talking while holding a Kamehameha or something. :?
Haha, yeah, that and the spoiler-filled previews for the next episode hurt it a little, but it's still good stuff.
I take back what I said earlier. I loved the original couple of arcs of DBZ. Raditz, Vegita and Nappa, and the very beginning of Namek I liked. When the whole Namek and Freiza saga wouldn't end, I gave up on the show. The fights were getting ridiculously long, and it just wasn't that good anymore to me. Though I think I would have liked the Cell arc. Cell has always seemed cool to me.
