Don't know how much of a deal this is, but I just came back from Radioshack and saw that God Of War: Chains Of Olympus was on sale for $29.99 there.

It's the lowest I've seen so far (on Amazon it's $39.99), so if you're interested and don't already have it, here's your chance!

(btw, fellow CAGers, let me know if this is a good deal because I picked one up but am not sure if I should wait until another price drop... lemme know what ya'all think :))

I picked up a copy myself at Madison, WI eastside location. The sign said "Sale" on it so I assume that means it's only for a limited time.

Is this game worth the $30? I mean what can be expected from someone that has played both PS2 titles and enjoyed them? Same feel and gameplay?

Thinking of returning a copy of GH: Encore 80's and put store credit towards it.

I have watched reviews on G4TV and also talked to my friends, and they say it is DEFINITELY as good as, or possibly even better than the PS2 titles. The gameplay is very similar, and the graphics are pretty amazing. As far as I can tell, it's definitely worth the $30, but if there's going to be a price drop to $20, you should definitely get it then.

You could always look up the reviews on Metacritic, IGN, and Gamespot, etc. if you're not sure.
