First, pardon me if the info is already in some old old thread...

I'm late in the game, didn't play GoW on the PS2, just finished on the PS3 last week. I have to say, "WOW, this is a good game!"

Now, this game got blood and nudity all over, which i love :drool: That means i have to play it when everybody went to bed. So, translation? I can't crank up the volume... so i missed out most of the dialogue in the movie clips. I wonder if there are captions/subtitle somewhere where i can read word for word what the characters said? I'm quite anal about that, b/c sometimes you can uncover stuffs when you read the captions. I was surprised that the caption option is not even in the game :cry:

Now that i beat the game, the movie clips are accessible from the menu, which is cool.

Don't get me wrong, i know the over all story alright, i just want to get into the tiny details now. Boy, the best part is that i got this game for $15 new, what a buy!
 
Ah, thanks so much dude! heehee, now i can do a little digging and see i can get a scope of GoW2 (i avoid the GoW2 thread, afraid of spoilers there).
 
I just finish reading the script (see link provided by Uberzone). It's pretty good! For those of you need a quick refresh of GoW before playing the sequel, it's a good read.

You were given a new weapon at the end, but too bad, you couldn't test it out. I left details out for those of you haven't play GoW yet (man, you must be really late into PS2 gaming).

Without visiting the GoW2 thread, can someone tell me, GoW2 starts with the weapon you get at the end of GoW or still the blade of chaos?

Does GoW2 have the subtitle option?
