50% off-you get Beyond Good & Evil and Prince of Persia: Sands of Time $9.99 for both.

If you already own one (through GOG), you can buy the other for 30% off, $6.99. (May be able to buy either separately for that price too, I'm not quite clear.)

I bought Beyond Good & Evil at launch, and think it's excellent, and I'm still hearing critics on podcasts talking about it from time to time.

But...I sold my Gamecube copy, so I'm getting in on this deal. (Not sure if I'll like Sands of Time, but for the price...)

As always (and unlike Steam, Impulse, Direct 2 Drive, etc.), GOG.com has no activation. You own these.

Sands of Time for the PC is great. I highly recommend using a gamepad. Mouse+keyboard works, but this kind of game just works better with a controller. Really fun game.

(FYI, I have an original Xbox controller hooked up to my comp and it works fine -- in case anyone is wondering if a non-360 controller works with this)

I also have Beyond Good & Evil, but I haven't gotten a chance to play it yet. Heard its really good.

About time you see some good ol' GoG.com mention on this site! I know steam may be more popular, but when I found GoG.com it was like heaven, but I've never used steam before. I just wish their version of the original Fallout (or whichever one suffers from the color glitch) worked better. I tried everything it said in the forums and never got it to work. :(

Looks like that has activation though. Better to spend a few dollars more even if you only want the one game.

As far as I know, these are good, and not really ports but just co-developed (plus they're probably mostly the same code as the Xbox version anyway).

On both of these reviews were positive for the PC version (the PC Gamer guys are still talking about Beyond Good & Evil pretty frequently).

I picked up BG&E through GamersGate. Works great, and yes it has a product key to enter in (though GG will apparently replace it with very little fuss if you need to start installing all over the place). One minor problem, though: I can see my Vista taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Not cool.

This is sweet, i may go for this.

I played a couple hours each of both these games on GameTap a couple years ago, and they both ran and played great, I don't anticipate it would be somehow worse from GoG, especially considering that their intent is to make old games compatible with current systems.
