Is this is current lowest for Silent Hill 4 and the MG/S games? Want to get them and Konami always scares me since they'll probably pull those games at somepoint but I also want to give them as little money as I can because cag and also I hate them as a company these days

So far, even better...as these are all historical lows for SH4, MGS1, MGS2 Substance on GOG via digital distribution stores so far.

Always is worth checking ITAD and GG for any sort of lowest prices for any sort of PC game via digital distribution for current lows and/or historical lows.
