$40 is an alright price for it. I really liked Mafia 2. I even liked it better than GTA IV. If you have a backlog waiting for around $30 would be even better to be honest (especially since all the good titles that have come out or that are coming out).

I paid MSRP the week it came out for the CE and don't regret it.
 
 
Those are close, but all of those $39 ones need to be $29 or even $19 before I will bite. But great to see the prices starting to drop already. I figure come Jan all of those will be down to what I will pay. Should be a very good after-holiday game buying season.

I'd say no. You can get it on ebay easily in the 20s.
