Wow, Vanguard: SOH for $3 ... that sure tanked fast. If that comes with a free month, and you like MMO's at all, it is definitely worth 3 bucks.

I think it is funny to see a new game created by the creator of EverQuest and have it be worth less than his 10+ year old game ... haha, pathetic.

Unfortunately, I don't see anything that I don't already have that I am interested in :whistle2:/

The way I can tell that it's the European box is because it has a UK age rating on it, btw. But, I'll trust your advice on the (I) thing.

All three titles are in stock, but they are not going to fulfill their obligation to me for my Green Friday purchases. The thirty day window is not even finished yet!

Here's the story they gave me:

Apparently, GoGamer has two warehouses. One houses only console titles. The other houses both PC and console titles. Only one of them offers special prices on items (the PC & console warehouse). GoGamer does not ship items between the two warehouses. When a specially priced item goes out of stock, GoGamer does not restock from the other warehouse.

Anyways, I had to call them on the phone to get some of my titles. Unfortunately, they will not fill my Lego Batman PSP order (even though the second warehouse had it in stock). I'm pleased I was able to get Castle Shikigami III and Eternal Sonata. I guess I will watch out for the next sale on the Batman title. Also, my order for Gore on the PC is not going to be sent out. Fifty-percent of the titles at the sale prices is better than nothing.[/quote]

Apparently, even though I went through the process of making an account, it doesn't actually make the account since I didn't use a credit card as my payment method :roll:. Glad to hear you are getting your Eternal Sonata ... me on the other hand, I'm pretty sick of dealing with their BS, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Worst experenice buying something EVER!!!:bomb:[/FONT]
 
Just to post a contrary piece of anecdotal evidence:

My dozens of orders with GoGamer = flawless.

I would expect this order to be just fine as well but I didn't make one. Hitman: Contracts is OOS:bomb:

Also, echoing what was said earlier: Dirt Cheap shipping used to be a little more 'dirt cheap' and I have decided against some orders (such as Pariah on this one) b/c of it.

Like cheapo72, my previous orders from them were good. My last one from one of these sales was pretty shaky.

I didn't have the worst experience ever, but I can no longer confidently purchase items from their site and expect delivery.

I honestly didn't notice that. :eek: Kind of weird then, not sure what to believe in regards to it being an NA copy or UK one. Ty for pointing it out though, will have to pay slightly closer attention.

They have the eternal sonata in stock BUT chose to cancel my order (which i paid $13 for in a previous sale). I waited 3 weeks for them to ship and after 3 weeks, their shipment came and they nonchalantly canceled my order. To cut losses, they showed how much dignity and honor they choose to sacrifice...
 
Yeah just got my cancellation for Eternal Sonata today. Mine was the 360 version which they dont have listed on their site.

I have so many games from the recent holiday sales that I'm almost glad I didnt get it.
 
I hate too resurrect this thread but is anyone else that ordered scarface having problems running it on their vista system. I know you need dxwnd for it but i can't even download an update for the game. I'm under the impression it's the uk version but when i try to download the uk patch it says it is only for the uk version and vice versa for the us version. thanks in advance.

One of the games I ordered was Tribes Vengeance. For some reason, only 4 discs (in sleeves) and manual were included in the shipment (it says JC, but no jewel case was even included). Being a collector, I didn't appreciate that much since all the games I've ordered previously came in official packaging.
 
Same thing happened to me a year or so ago. I ordered Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood and they only sent me the discs in paper sleeves and the manual. I didn't appreciate it either but luckily it's not happened again.
