I just ordered UT2004 from J&R a couple of days ago for $10 and just received it today. It's back to $35 now, but you might wanna keep an eye on it.

Not quite 2 weeks, but they update it maybe twice a week. Use to actually every 2 days.

To them it is. A lot of their 48 hour sales actually last up to 2 weeks.

The multiplayer XMP is quite good, especially if you like Tribes or other team objective games.

Unreal 2 is decent for under $10. It's a pretty short experience but it has some cool moments.
