Ok, I'm working on trying to find it. I know there was a great thread that even had some wonderful math on it to help make buying decisions between discount vs free ship etc. I am obviously inept at using forum search as typing gohastings in the search box and selecting Forums says No results found.

I will keep trying and I apologize for posting this in the wrong place. Thanks for letting me know and I will keep looking for it to post this deal.

But I don't see any reason used 3DS games would be exempt per the following information taken from the top of this post:

shipping still kills the deal its what 2.60 per game shipped

would have to find at least 8 buck games or higher to break even (more like 10 buck games)
