Going to be getting a GBASP. What should my first game be?

Is FF:TA really no where as near as good as Final Fantasy Tactics on PS1? I have the PS1 game and was curious if the GBA is worth getting.

You need Wario Ware Mini Games, or whatever it's called, its a great game.

Some other great ones are Harvest Moon (If you are into it) the Castlevania I don't like, but they are classics, the Marios if you don't have the other ones or if your fucking cousin stole your Yoshi's Island.

Yes, but not original GB or GB color carts.

I picked up Kaarnaj new at TRU for $5 last week and Konami arcade at CC during their labor day sale for $9. So there isn't a rush to pick up those used unless you want them now and want to save a buck on each. They'll probably stay low in price.

I wish there were some good deals on new carts of the stuff people have mentioned above (Advanced Wars, Mario games, FFTA, Golden Sun). Most of those are still fairly high priced for me. Hey, I'm a CAG!
I thought I read somewhere that it would support all three. It should considering that the GBA is able to support all three.
The DS will definitely NOT support GB or GBC games (yeah i know it should, but apparently Nintendo is abandoning these systems, since the GB is pushing 20 years - long time for a game system). I've been snooping around looking for a good deal on an SP and have been told by nearly every salesperson to wait and buy a DS... But i have some old-school GB and GBC games that I still love to play, and frankly, i hate to pay for Tetris yet again, so I'm going with the SP. Now I just have to decide if i want to go ahead and buy an SP or try to wait it out until christmas and hope that santa gets a clue...

Oh so that's it. Got it. It's kindo of dumb IMHO since they could still support their older systems which I'm sure the chips are small enough to fit in the DS. I was wondering this info for a long time. I'm still gettting a DS but I think I'll be getting a GBASP as well now since my old GBA isn't working as well.
