Gold Tetris Cart for NES?

What's the story on these?

This site seems to say it fetches a fair bit of cash.
Or is there another gold tetris nes cart?
Someone listed their games for sale, and "tetris(gold)" was on there.

I'm not sure if Tetris was one of the games Nintendo had in it's Authorized Nintendo Repair Centers.

There are actually tons of these things around, but I'm not sure Tetris is one of the games used in them.
