I too LOVE that star wars game. It took me awhile to complete the game but it was worth it. I think it was one of the best star wars games ever and I can't believe it scored so low.

ive ordered many used ps1 games from eb and its been about 50/50 as far as books and cases go...so just assume you wont get one...you might be suprised then ^^

Tenchu and Driver for 1.99? good god.. I played both of those for many, many, many hours. My dad would hog the PS1 hours at a time playing Driver.
Do most of these games come with book and case? That is the only think worrying me.
That's what always holds me back from buying their PS1 (and DC) games. It's a coaster to me without the book & case.

you DO realize that there are several $1.70 games that have 2 discs? thats 85 cents per disc which is a good price if you ACTULLY were going to use them as coasters!

You could always buy some jewel cases and make your own covers as well. I'm sure you don't sit and read the instructions before playing the games.

Thanks! I didn't think to get the Star Wars game . . . I agree, I played it on the PC and liked it somewhat.

These are an excellent deal!

I added the Star Wars game to Red Faction (PS2 $5 new) to get both for 6.83 shipped (50 cents less than just getting RF itself).

I bought a bunch of PS1 games on Sunday morning; thought of posting them but my wife was really on my ass for spending so much time online and I didn't think anybody would care about them.

119977 1 $2.99 Gex - Pre-Played
119983 1 $1.99 Krazy Ivan - Pre-Played
120038 1 $1.99 Philosoma - Pre-Played
120046 1 $1.99 Ridge Racer - Pre-Played
120055 1 $1.99 Twisted Metal - Pre-Played
127623 1 $2.99 Disruptor - Pre-Played
128740 1 $1.99 Soviet Strike - Pre-Played
133062 1 $1.99 Sentient - Pre-Played
139395 1 $2.99 Colony Wars - Pre-Played
139677 1 $1.99 Loaded - Pre-Played
161622 1 $1.99 Driver - Pre-Played

The whole thing came out to about $25 then $19.xx with the codes and I had a $10 rebate code . . . so I paid $9.11  (with tax and free shipping)

I'm interested to see how many of my order have case and instructions . . . but I agree that with these classics it doesn't matter much. I might just slip them all in a soft case anyway.

I bought this #@%#load of games because I never had a PS1 . . . but I read all about the games for it in Next Generation magazine . . . so now I can try them out--6 years later

If you missed a game you want, just check in from time to time at the site . . . they allow you to sort by price from low to high which is a really convenient way to find the cheapies.

There are some other cool ones at $2.99 like King's Field . . .

Also, for $2.99 (before codes) you can toss in a Sony Memory Card

Sometimes I do. It depends on the game. Some booklets have little back stories that I like to read before playing. Others just have cool cover art that's nice to have.

I can't help it - I like my games complete.

This deal is almost worth a shot if the 50/50 odds hold up. That makes each complete game under $4 with a free coaster!

I got Star Wars Episode 1 a few weeks ago to save on shipping and it was complete with back cover and instructions. It didn't even have a scratch on the disc.
A lot of these games are tempting, but I'd know I'd never manage to play them...
I agree I would like to have these games but question is will I ever play them? :?:

I'd say my interest is more historical than strictly playing them through to the end.

These really are a case of toss one in and play for awhile and then move on . . . luckily the prices make them affordable for this purpose.

For instance, Disruptor is only interesting to me because it was the first game from Insomniac Games (Spyro & Ratchet and Clank). Twisted Metal and Loaded were games I wanted to play years ago.

I might get caught up with some of them . . . last year I picked up Crash Bandicoot and ended up playing all 3 of the original PS1 games to conclusion . . . I really like them! I got the original Oddworld games which I thought I would love and never got into them. It's kind of hit and miss.

Warhawk! I love that game so much. It and Jumping Flash 2 are the only playstation games I still have from the era of giant cases. If anyone's looking to blow $3, get Warhawk.

I ordered 11 games last Sun. . . . they came today!

Only three were complete, the rest were disc only in EB cases.

Still, considering I spent $9 ($19 is you don't include a $10 gift certificate), this is pretty good ($3 each for the complete ones, the rest free :D )

its kinda sad that these are are now 2-3 bucks each, we all remember when these first came out and they were 40; man how the time change. these were some of the best games of my childhood (thps, jet moto and twisted metal 1 and 2)

Its frightening how relative the prices are . . . I was out walking and I was thinking about how the $9 worth of games that came in the mail would have been worth over $400 (new sealed) when they came out :!:

Along the same lines, I picked up Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (cart only) at a Salvation Army store . . . the clerk charged me 27 cents . . . I had sold off the game for $35 about 7 years ago . . . I swear that I had a $5 off coupon at TRU and got the game for only $55.00!

I bought it also an dloved the beginning of it but towards the end it reallyt starts to stink so I just put a code. :D

They are constantly restocking these . . . different stuff all the time.

Metal Gear VR and Twisted Metal are back.

Definitely keep PS1 PO in mind to get free shipping when ordering new games (enter saver code for free shipping on PO games but new stuff is shipped free too)

Oh man I completely forgot about Tiny Tank. That game was actually pretty decent. And for you GameRush cheapasses, if you trade 3 or more PS1 titles, you can get $3.50 and up (usually $4) per every PS1 game you trade in.
