I did a quick search any only found regular cameras. I was wanting to get a pretty decent camcorder that has good picture and sound, that also uses a SD card. I saw in this last weeks sales ad that Target had a Aiptek camcorder for $119.99 and was thinking of getting that, but is there something better then that?

For that amount of $$ you're not going to get a good digital camcorder. You might want to stick with a DVC Camcorder which will give you lots of zoom and a decent picture for the money. Depending on how much video you want to record most digital cameras will do the job for short videos (under 15 mins) and usually have a resolution of 640x480 (vga and standard tv). The only digital camera I know of that does higher than that is the Minolta Z2 which records video at 600x800 (svga) but it drops the framerate to 15fps. The Z2 also has a 10x optical zoom and is a 4mp digital camera.
