Good Cheap Noise Canceling Earbuds With Bass

I'm looking to buy a good pair of some noise canceling earbuds with a good bass. I'm hoping to find a pair that isn't too expensive and that will last. Any suggestions?

marshall's always has skullcandy buds for under $15 and they are some nice buds man i have a pair myself
